Can’t get anywhere! Keep getting a letter saying that they need an additional 60 days now it’s been a year! Over 120 days from the last letter, can’t talk to a live person!

customer service was fine but it took hours to wait on a the phone to talk to someone, then the documents never came in the mail. i guess i have to set a day aside to sit on t he phone until i can reach them.

Why do people there even have a job if they will not do it! My husband has been waiting since February 2022 to receive his return. IRS is so fast to threaten people when they owe, but when it’s a tax refund so slow to act. They do this every year! IRS is a fraud office. “Service” I have no idea what service you provide. Phony!

You people working at the irs make people’s lives so difficult. We call and you guys are no help whatsoever. No one answers the phone, you guys make signing in the websites nearly impossible. Then screw us over like myself trying to do taxes. I need to sign in just to send a copy to my tax representative and I can’t even do that. Irs is the absolute worst ! You guys aren’t even worth 1 star. You’re an assistance center that don’t even assist

I don't get it there's no way to speak to anyone and the automatic phone system so ridiculous all it talks about is people's free money deposits I can't figure out how to pay my balance or how much it is they sent 4 different letters saying something different?

I am still waiting on my 2018 amended return..my 2019 refund and now my 2020 refund. The 18&19 it has been 9 months since they received it.. I contacted the state representative and got nowhere and now the IRS just has a recording.. no way around it they suck
