I was charged and was not given the product. I went to buy diamond earrings for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. I payed and it was approved and somehow it didn’t go through in their system. After that they wanted my mom to pay for them again so I left peacefully as I felt that was disrespectful after all of what happened. Im now out so much money and I have nothing to give my girlfriend on Christmas.

It is always a pleasure shopping here. Even just browsing for a gift. The staff is amazing. Amber is super helpful with finding anything that you are looking for. If you need your jewelry cleaned or repaired they normally take care of it faster then expected.
