Zach and Bob were fantastic. We're friendly and easy going. Low pressure sale and very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

This place sucks! They add warranties that they don’t even tell you about and then they expire. Two weeks off the lot and my paint is chipping off the hood. Again bought another warranty that wasn’t told about it…paid for it and promised to be reimbursed and almost 6 months later I haven’t even got the money back be careful do not buy a car here !!!

I 1st went to Bethlehem Koch Ford a month ago & had Zach as my salesman. Unfortunately I was not in a position to purchase at that time & Zach couldn't have been more understanding. He still showed around & I test drove a car. I waited & shopped around & Zach contacted me about another car they had just received similar to what I had looked at. He had everything ready for when I arrived. Turned out to be a great car & so glad I waited! Car was a perfect fit for my budget! Zach understood my needs & situation & their customer service was excellent! I will def return to them when time comes for another vehicle! Great customer service care!!

Very friendly and easy to work with. Worked everything out over the phone which was convient, I only went in to test drive and sign off! Shout out to Courtney for helping me keep the surprise from my husband (it was a bday surprise). Bob from finance was awesome working with me over the phone, did a great job at shopping around for better rates for me and Rick was excellent walking us through the final paperwork. Terrific team work!! If you want quality service go to Bethlehem Ford!!

My experience with Bethlehem Ford, was amazing, both Geoff and Courtney were the best, they took my 2020 escape that had some issues that were to expensive for me to fix and put me into a new SUV with a warranty + more warranties and I was a very happy buyer, they also helped my son's girlfriend when she had the same issue with her SUV, love this place if you want to buy and looking for a wonderful place with outstanding people, try Bethlehem Ford.... love this place

Just left with a new 2025 Ford Bronco Sport for our daughter who is getting her license next week and we couldn't be happier. We drove about an hour just to deal with Bethlehem Ford because of how non-pushy, transparent and helpful they were. Started off with Stephen and ended up dealing with Courtney as well and both were super responsive and friendly.

There's not a thing in the world you could do to ever make this right, Ford.

1st time buyer and I just brought a car from here a week ago, couldn’t be more over the moon. Exact trim I wanted, seemed to be great condition, excellent and attentive sales team.. But unfortunately a week in to having my car I need a new alternator. I wish this wasn’t the case but it is. Can’t really say much more other than do your research, take your time on choosing a car, and always go with someone who knows something about cars. The team was really great but it is frustrating having the car die and running into an $1,000 issue an exactly week after driving it off the lot.

I bought a Maverick at Bethlehem Ford last year. I love love the truck and my salesperson, Courtney Johnson , was wonderful, even though I had to wait a year to get it. Great experience, ask for Courtney!

I leased a 2019 F150 and noticed problems right away and took it back to let them know what I was experiencing and was told nothing was wrong. I like the truck and decided to purchase it at lease end. I added a $3000 extended warranty on it and it’s a good thing I did. I live on Jim Thorpe but was loyal to Bethlehem Ford but when I took it to another dealer they heard the noise I have been complaining about from day one and it turned out I needed a new engine. In my opinion if Bethlehem Ford would have done their job the engine would have been replaced under factory warranty and I could have saved $3000.

I purchased a used 2023 Ford Explorer from this dealership on January 18, 2025. The finance manager, Rich Dylan after a lot of fast talking informed me that he was providing gap insurance. After I had signed the deal and left the dealership with my vehicle, I got home and reviewed some paperwork and realized he had charged $1000 for this gap insurance. I contacted my insurance company who stated that it made no sense for me to carry it as that was already provided for in my policy as in most policies. I contacted the dealership and requested a refund for the $1000 of Gap insurance that was added. Mr. Dylan and my salesman Woody indicated that I had to fill out a form which I did and immediately returned on January 30. They stated that the refund would be returned to the loan and the bank would apply it to my loan. They also stated it would take 6 to 8 weeks to process. Last week, I contacted the bank who stated that they had received no refund or any adjustments. I contacted the gap insurance company listed on the receipt who stated that they did not have a gap insurance policy issued to my vehicle. Nor was I getting any refund as they had not received any money. I was sold something I didn’t need, by a fast talking Rich Dillon. I was told I would be getting a refund, via text in communication with my salesman. I attempted to contact the dealerships general manager, Mr. Seelig who has not returned my calls after two messages were left. I have since been able to refinance the initial loan and save two points with the exact same bank that they financed me through, further indicating that this was a hustle. If you go to this dealership, make sure you bring your own financing in with you, I have never seen a hustle attempted like this guy pulled. I’m 50 years old, I’ve bought many cars, this guy has no finesse whatsoever. Talking 90 miles an hour and making you sign your name on a iPad that has no information on it. Then they fold it all up in a nice envelope patch you on the back and send you home. I’m glad I was able to refinance the loan and save Literally $2000 over the life of my loan. They attempt to push third-party warranties and all these other things that buy you nothing. The sales experience was fine, the insurance guy was great. This guy Rich Dillon needs to be investigated. I’m pursuing this in the courts because they’re not getting my thousand dollars without a fight.
