Absolutely the worst dealer. Buyer beware!! All hire end cars but no idea how to fix anything. My son bought a car from them and it continued to have issues. It spent more time at the shop in 2 months than my son driving it. We were eventually told we should bring it elsewhere because they couldn't fix it. These were issues that they were supposed to fix without cost because the issues were there when the car was bought. I will never recommend this dealer or mention the name when someone asks where he bought the car. Complete scammer dealer.

Terrible they are scams! Scammed me for over $3000 Took my car my M4 there for repairs after 3 1/2 months waiting Patiently. Was told my car was ready! After driving my car home the check engine light came on. I called them to let them know was told to bring the car back in. Dropped car off a week later was called and was told my car needs more repairs another $2,700 be careful with this place!

First time taking my car there. Took my Jetta in to have the throttle body replaced and programmed and they found other issues which I took care of. They did excellent work and would recommend this shop to any import. Especially VW or pretty much anything from Germany. I'll definitely take it back for anything major. Guys were friendly and upfront. No messing around. I like that. Everything is working great on my Jetta. Price wasn't a shocker for what was done. But it was quality work. Thanks!

Joey and his team did a great job installing brakes on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, had a minor hiccup with a software issue - but Joey and his team had all of the necessary tools and patience to get the job done. Will definitely be going back - knowledgeable, and reasonable rates - very happy. Online quote request was on point.

Given run around. Ran a credit application which hard pulled my credit then never returned any of my calls or emails and sold the car.
Owner phoned me back and apologised, wants to make it right, and try find another car for me. Have updated to three stars because that itself was nice gesture. Will update further if there are any updates

Joey & his team correctly diagnosed my X3's HPFP after BMW of Allentown dropped the ball when I had them check it out. LVI's quote was fair & the turnaround time was reasonable. They saved me a lot of time, but more importantly, money instead of throwing parts at the issue like the Stealership had wanted to do! Thanks again to the entire team at LVI!

Had work done with LVI on my Z4. Was initially quoted $1300 for the motor replacement for the convertible top. Long story short, LVI had my vehicle for about 2 months dropped off the vehicle in the winter, picked up in early spring. Discovered the motor was not the issue, but the valve. It was replaced and the top was functional ended up paying $3200, with a $200 discount and including inspection/emissions. Picked up the vehicle just for the top not to work. Mechanic came out and showed me that the back shelf was “broken” and how to get it back into place for it to function. Joey explained that he could get a part to replace it but I never heard back from him or the office staff. The top would not work unless aligned with shelf in the back, making it very frustrating not knowing if the top would open or close when needed. One bump in the road would knock it out of place. Went to another mechanic on 5/5/2025, and it was explained the shelf was not indeed broken, yet that it was not put together correctly by the previous repair shop. The clips that hold the mechanism were found in the trunk, and the tray was not sitting in the correct position. The new mechanics had the vehicle 2 hours and the top is completely functional, costing me an additional $320. Communication was generally poor with the guys at LVI, needing to constantly reach out to them for an update. Upsetting to see with all the money and time spent with LVI, a simple task of reassembling the vehicle’s trunk shelf would have save a headache and $320.

I brought my 2017 Mini in being told by the BMW dealership that my whole clutch would have to be replaced and they told me they could do it for cheaper and found out for me that it was not even the clutch at all. They were patient, open and honest with me and saved me so much money and time. They even found a part that at the time was only able to come from the Mini center in Germany! Very sad to say I thought this place was experts in imports I took my mini cooper there they took 3 months to tell me they couldn’t fix it and made me pay almost $1800 so I can get my car out of their shop this has being the worst experience ever at a mechanic shop they lied took my money I will not recommend this place to anyone they broke parts of my car now I’m missing other parts to put my car together vey bad service I will never go back to such a bad place they should close it down not good service at all
