Very fast and helpful service. I got access to storage in 10 min since my request. Price that you can’t beat. 30 $/month. Only bad thing is initial impression of building itself. Need some renovation.

I have had a great experience using Lehigh Valley Self Storage. Customer Service is very helpful and helpful. I’m glad I chose this facility to keep my extra things. Anyone looking for a safe and great place to store your belongings. I would choose them again.

There are Homeless people that live in this storage unit because when I was there it was closing time and there was a TV playing with a tarp to trap the heat from a heater and another man rode up on his bike and walked in at the closing time.It's SUPER hard to find and even with calling customer service, they couldn't explain the location much better. The door knob to the building is broken and the bathrooms were out of service. The building has graffiti all over it which is visible from the major highway (378)On a positive note, its rent is cheap and its general location is convenient.

Very nice owner, been here almost a year. Never a problem. Even gave me 2 day extension for payment. If you're looking for a great storage facility, you found it!

I guess you get what you pay for. It is definitely the cheapest around, but it's very sketchy and not very secure. When I finally moved my stuff out, I had a bunch of things missing. There weren't any cameras when I moved stuff in, but I guess they installed some more recently. Might be a little better now. But I know I won't be using it again.

The building doesn't look like much but once inside it looks safe,secure,and protected. I feel the price per rental unit is very fair compared to what everyone else is charging and the security is very tight. What more could you ask for. I would recommend Lehigh Valley Self Storage to anyone and everyone. Give them a call you won't be disappointed!

Great customer service. When I had an issue moving in, maintenance showed up in minutes (on a Saturday!) and quickly solved the problem. Really happy so far.

Looks a little run down but nice inside, door did fall off but were very quick to respond to my message and got me a new one right away. Customer service is A1 here. (Only used this place for one day so far)

I haven't moved in yet but it's the best fon service n price for that size. I have rented before n wasn't impressed w the service n prices were HIGH!

This is a wonderful company. They really worked with me. After I told them that I have to wait to pay them. They allowed me to get my belongings and write off the left over balance. What company does that? Thanks again for the professionalism you showed me.
