This is my second review for Lin Care in the Bethlehem office. The a driver Danny is always polite and courteous,there is never a issue.
All of the ladies that answer the phones Sue, Jeffery there all great.

HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF Linacre FOR A FEW YEARS , they HAVE DELIVERED MANY AIR TANKS , OXIGIN GENERATORS ETC last WEEK 02// I HAD TO GO TO THE hospital AND I WAS OUT ON AIR TANKS . I CALLED Linacre AND SPOKE TO Jeffery. i EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO JEFFERY THAT I NEEDED
2 /7/2024/AIRTANKS FOR MY TRIP TO THE HOSPITEL. Jeffery ON HIS OWN AT THE END OF HIS SHIFT DSELIVERED THREE AIR TANKS TO MY HOME ON HIS OWN TIME FOR MY TRIP TO THE HOSPITEL.
i AM SO THANK FULL JEFFERY SAVED MY DAY.
you HAVE A GREAT EMPLOYEE.

Worst customer service ever. Wanted to get replacement supplies and they said they would contact someone who would contact someone to update me on order status and could not communicate via e mail.

While I was very happy with setting up this account for my Mom and continued deliveries, I found it very difficult when it came time for me to cancel when she passed away. I called 4x for Lincare to cancel AND, more importantly, for them to stop billing my credit card. No one, especially when grieving, should have to make 4 phone calls before someone in the company knows how to do that. And, to be honest, the last phone call was only last week so, I'm not even sure if it was done correctly.

Poor telephone communication. Waited 45 minutes for someone to pick up the phone twice today. No one picked up the phone.......ei ei ei.

I have had an oxygen concentrator for 5+ years....I recd a call about 4 months ago to switch out my concentrator bc of the 5 yrs. of age. The short version need Dr new paperwork, called to ck Lincare said no need to change bc of age. Ok? I called 5 x today no one answered my phone calls. This is not the first time this has happened. The short version got a bill for concentrator???Really??? Then I get balanced billed when it should be 0 pay on my end...but can't discuss no one answers the phone.

What a blessing Lincare- especially Yvonne!! - were during these days of power outage. She clearly guided us through every step that was needed and THEN Lincare took those steps for us! And through it all, I could hear the smile on Yvonne's face. Knowledge, communication, passion to help; rare and impressive client care. BTW, when I had a conversation with her supervisor, Karen, I heard it all in her voice, too!

First person who came to my house after being discharge fr hospital was very rude, didn't have right equipment and walk out suddenly. I would rate him a------5.
Next days gentleman came with right equipment, new his product and was extremely friendly. Would rate him a +15 if I could.

Received my resmed cpap machine. The tech was very thorough in explaining how to use the machine. Great experience.
