“We woke up to our toilet making strange gurgling sounds and quickly realized we needed a plumber here in Bethlehem. After trying to use an auger myself without any luck, I remembered Stokes Family Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Jermaine was busy but promised to come by soon, and within half an hour both Jermaine and Lucas arrived. They got right to work and used two different types of augers, running about 100 feet of cable to clear a stubborn blockage in our main drain under the concrete floor. Throughout the whole process, they explained each step and made sure we understood what was happening. They treated our home with respect, left everything clean, and were very professional. The price was fair, and I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they fixed the problem. If we ever need a plumber again, this will definitely be our first call. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber in Bethlehem, I highly recommend giving them a try.”

“This is the third appliance purchased from Kleckners in 3 years. Sales people are professional, know their business, followup on inquires and special requests. The wine fridge was brought in by strap on 2 men. Good for my hardwood floors. Installers brought a level to make sure it was correct. They were polite and very considerate of my counter surfaces with their tools. I had not heard of the OXO brand, and the reviews are very good. The Speed Queen washer, now 2 years old, is well worth the price. Untreated but relatively fresh stains come out with treatment. The KitchenAid dishwasher, about 2.5 years now, performs very well.”

“A couple months ago I made a purchase online with Furniture Mecca and initially I had a pretty troubling experience. Due to that I left a derogatory review and rated them one star however, my issues were addressed and corrected after that post was made. I received my overcharge back and I received my product the very next date they had available. Today two months later they followed up with me on this post to apologize again and welcome any other comments or concerns I have. That is quality customer service in my eyes! Especially because I know they are a smaller company that covers a huge region of customers. They didn’t forget me and that’s a company I want to do business with. They will get down to the bottom of any issues that occur and resolve them and follow up when you least expect it. Also, I must say I am completely satisfied with the product. It’s very well put together which is hard to find in today’s furniture unless you spend a fortune. This reclining sectional I bought for my podcast room I will have for years!
