Just moved to the area a few months ago. The manager, Ryan, and his team have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service each time we've been there. In addition to good repairs and fair pricing, they take the time to provide information to me about how best to maintain my car affordably, in a way that is understandable to me and not condescending. No mansplaining here! Everyone is very professional and respectful. A pleasure to do business with.

came in without an appointment today and they were able to squeeze me to get my tire changed. I was happy they were able to get me in today since my tire was cracked horribly and desperately needed to be replaced. The staff were so helpful and kind and kept me updated the whole time I was there. They even let me take pictures of everything to help with my insurance claim that needed to be filed. Will be going back again for future service. Thank you Macis Discount Tire and the staff there today !!!

I had a wonderful experience visiting Mavis. My check engine light was on and my car was sputtering when accelerating. They were able to get me in right away. The manager Ian and the technician Rob were patient and answered all of my questions as well as provided excellent customer service. My repair was completed in about an hour. I will definitely be back.

Thank you Ryan, Josh and the super knowledgeable and helpful team at Mavis. I truly appreciate you accommodating me on short notice. Your team had a packed schedule but I was in a time crunch and you not only completed the work in a shorter time than anticipated but gave me useful recommendations. I will be back soon to get my new Pirellis with you. Keep up the good work!

Edit:I brought my 2019 Honda CRV with 30K miles in for new tires. I ended up needing to get 2 posts replaced on my car and left with "Christmas lights."Unfortunately the store manager Ryan was not helpful enough in diagnosing the issue with the 14 dashboard lights and told me to just drive the car and the lights will eventually go off. 500 miles later I had to bring my car to Honda and was informed I had a damaged wheel speed sensor. After contacting corporate by way of phone call, email and posting reviews of my experience, I was on the phone with a general manager fairly quickly (less than 3 hours from the start). He offered to cover the cost at Honda to diagnose the vehicle (by way of a voucher good at any store) and is repairing the damaged sensor for me (at another affiliated store). While the Mavis location I dealt with was a nightmare that lasted a few days, once corporate was involved a solution was quickly offered and I am content with how it is scheduled to be resolved. I personally won't be returning to the Mavis I originally went to just because they didn't offer me any solutions to a problem it seems clear that they caused. The manager Ryan also accused me of "stealing" something that they think they left in my car. I offered them the chance to come to me and inspect the car for the missing piece of equipment, but instead he continued to throw around statements even days later accusing me of keeping something that I never even saw.So... Five stars for the general manager stepping up and handling my issue very quickly and reasonably. It's good to know that the company is backed by corporate management that takes action. Zero stars to Ryan for not helping fix an issue his store caused, and for not understanding that maybe, just maybe, one of his employees misplaced something instead of accusing a customer of taking something I have no use for (it was the part of the diagnosing tool that connects to your car - without the ipad looking thing what the heck am I going to do with it??)

Short story: brought my car in for new tires, nothing wrong with the vehicle 30K miles. Left with "christmas lights" and told to drive the vehicle and the lights will turn off. 500 miles later they are still on and now my car is sitting in the Honda dealership. They are also accusing me of driving off with a sensor they think they left in my car. Long Story: Mavis said my lugs were stripped and needed to be replaced for $20. Scheduled it to be done the next day. Came back and asked to come back the following day. Bill was almost $200 (what happened to the $20??). When I picked up the car, the manager told me all the lights on my dash are lit up but there are no codes coming up and the car is fine the lights will go off as I drive a little bit. Next day the lights are still on, I call and speak to another manager who said he would have told me to bring the car to Honda instead. Puts the original manager on the phone who assures me the car is fine and he had another customer with the same issue who had to drive 150 miles before it went off. I asked to bring my car back in for them to take another look. I brought it in the next day and again they said no codes are popping up for them and the car is fine to drive. 500 miles later the lights are still on. Brought my car to Honda this morning to see how much I need to pay Honda to turn the lights off that Mavis made turn on. Again I only brought the car in for new tires to be installed. I have 14 warning lights on. Mavis refuses to take responsibility for returning my car to me in a condition in which it was not turned over to them. AND I now have to pay the dealer to figure out what Mavis did. When I picked up my car the manager made it a point to tell me that I should give my service technician Victor raving reviews because he is trying to work his way up in the company. So thanks Victor for turning on my Christmas lights in January, I guess. Twice after this I was called by two different managers because they think they left their sensor in my car, I checked twice and they did not. The manager Ryan accused me, saying 3 of his technicians saw me drive away. Note: they told me the vehicle was done and I drove away. I didn't jump in and they waved me off. If 3 techs saw me drive away with the sensor in my car, why wouldn't someone have called me right away. My car is the last car it was used on so they claim it's still in my car. I don't appreciate being falsely accused of theft after having my car damaged by them with no attempt to rectify other than checking the codes. Update: Mavis damaged one of the wheel speed sensors while they were servicing my vehicle. They told me to bring the vehicle back the them. Had to fight with the manager Ryan and got nowhere other than him saying "I told you it might be the wheel speed sensor"... Okay, then when I brought it back to you why would you not check that? Only hook it up and show no codes. The managers try to do their job but this is not the place to take a machine that costs 10s of thousands of dollars. They left me with more issues than I went in there with - literally.

I've been here before and had nothing but good things to say. But that will be my last time. I came in to have 4 brand new tires installed and balanced. After a few days I noticed I had some bad vibrations, I managed to find 2 lug nuts missing on one of my tires... Meanwhile, all the other lug nuts are torqued so damn tight, I almost couldn't remove them when I was trying to do my brakes. I won't be coming back here ever again. If your mechanics can't make sure the lug nuts are secured, what can they be trusted with?.....
