“The facility is nice and very clean. I appreciate that I can make an appointment online and wait in my car. The staff is very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable.
My only complaint is how long it takes for labs to result. If I use HNL, I receive results same day. Quest takes way too long which is why I don’t recommend going to Quest. I only go when I have no other choice.”

“Honestly probably the cleanest place I have ever had blood drawn. Got me right in. The dr's office screwed up on my son's order but the phlebotomist was able to help. She was amazing and I wish I knew her name. She was in room 1 if that helps? Anyway, I love the check in kiosk and the fact that the office was decorated to feel a little more comfortable. I won't go anywhere else to get blood drawn now”
