I don't trust these guys, I recently went in to buy a new phone but they somehow suckered me into buying a new line instead of just transferring my number. Now I'm out $75 for the first month service on the new line.

I paid my bill at the store. I asked for a receipt, and was told it would be sent to me through text message after a few minutes. I never received the receipt or anything indicating that my bill is paid. I believe that the associate may have pocketed the money. There always seems to be an issue when dealing with the male associate at this store. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ. I'm wondering where my $180 is. Very dissatisfied.

I went to Metro on stefko yesterday at 10:15.
They open at 10 o'clock.
Once again lights are on and the door is locked.
Now Broadway is closed for some reason.
I need to run back over out of my way to stefko.
There never open on time

On multiple occasions I've gone to this location...and the door was CLOSED lights in the store lite with no associate to tend to customer needs. Today I went twice same issue. GET IT TOGETHER!!

We got amazing service to get the new Iphone 15 Pro on my plan. They went above and beyond during the last hour the store was open. Metro has the best value for cell service imo.

Worst experience I ever had with a wireless career. Last week I bought a phone it keeps resetting itself the person who assisted me in buying the phone set my pin herself I cannot access it I went back she reset my phone now not even the SIM card wonโt work o even put it in another. T-Mobile phone and I canโt receive calls text nothing and trying to transfer to another carrier they wouldnโt allow me to receive my transfer pin to be change it I will NEVER go there or recommend metro

Marisela is an exceptional worker who really tries to make you wanna stay with metro as your provider of phone and internet services!!!! Some of the other people who work there...ummmm ? ? ? ? ?!!! They need a class for customer service and how to problem solve!!! Because how they act...DEFINITELY AIN'T IT!!!

After 7 years of being a customer with Metro I can't believe how they could not get me into a 5G phone for free I was going to add an extra line onto my plan they just couldn't do nothing for me unless I gave them a couple of $100 unfortunately it looks like I'm going to have to switch phone providers

My review has nothing to do with this store it's about MetroPCS corporate, since may they blocked my account from using any card and lie to me saying it's my bank which is B.S! Then I have to drive two hours to pay with my card in the store which actually works but MetroPCS lies and I been a customer since 2008 I'm definitely going to another service because every month they say they will fix it and nothing gets done and I'm tried of it. Well MetroPCS You Just Lost A Loyal Customer!!!!!
