The mechanics were busy and it was so hot out but the service was excellent. I left my car there for the day and got 4 tires, an alignment and an oil change and they gave me a great deal. Car drives perfectly and it's very happy!

I bought tires here about two months ago but the other day when I was driving through one of those alley streets in Allentown, I noticed a clunking sound and then my tire light came on. I took it to Monroe and they were super busy but they still took the time to fit me in. They ended up fixing my tire and they had me in and out in a couple minutes. Positive experience.

These people will not rob you. I went there more than once thinking something was wrong with my car. They checked and the car was fine(I don't know anything about cars). Instead of lying that something was wrong, they sent me home.

The mechanics and customer service at the union have location in Bethlehem has horrible customer service bad speaking not helpful. Not sure if they are legitimate mechanic have brakes done and they have to correct three times and still did not repair. I will never use this location again or any of other location

I went in for an oil change, that’s it. Cost $121. And without my knowledge or consent, they checked the rest of my car, and then came back and stated I needed a new battery. With that, it was going to come to roughly $480, and that’s with FREE INSTALLATION. I told them I was unsure due to the price and yet they continued to start to put the battery in. I had to stop them by knocking on the window and telling them I don’t want the battery. I am never coming here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone else.

I have never experienced any better customer service anywhere else than I have with the Monroe Auto in Bethlehem PA. These people are so kind and go way out of their way to make sure you receive the best service around. I went to go pick up my car and I dropped my glasses and they broke. This was 5 minutes before closing time for them. With no hesitation, they stayed and repaired my glasses for me with a smile on their face. I was so surprised by their good nature that I had to leave this review. Oh, and also, my car never ran better than it did when 8 got it back. Thanks guys!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My wife and I each had a headlight replaces about 2 years ago and we noticed they were dim. My wife took her car in for an inspection at another shop and the mechanic noticed her headlight was dim. Turns out whoever replaced her headlight at this place screwed up her wiring. I am now experiencing the same issue. My headlight was dim after getting it replaced here as well and it just went out. I had another ship replace it and they advised it's still dim and I need to have the electrical wiring looked at. This place is awful and I would recommend getting your vehicle repaired elsewhere.

~$2,000 south of service. Overall good job. Did alignment, but vehicle still veers significantly to the right. They charged for wiper blades, although I said no to wiper blades. Too eager for me to pick up my car. 1st day they called 1/2 before they closed not leaving enough time to pick it up. 2nd day 2 calls saying it’s ready to be picked up. I got home wife was sick so I asked to pick it up the next day, they said was ok, but then called me again asking if there’s any Way i could pick it up that same day.

Ordered tires online to be installed on my truck. This place was recommended for mounting my new tires. I performed a review check on this place and decided to go with recommendation as it had a five star review. My experience is no different. They deserve five stars and get it from me. They were extremely professional, kind, courteous and very helpful. Shame on me for not getting names, but the gentleman at the service desk is a serious multi tasker. Even with the hustle and bustle of this location, he still made me feel like I was their only customer. The technician who installed my tires was very knowledgeable and just outright awesome. I will be taking my truck to this location for any repairs I can’t handle on my own. This place is highly recommended!

I had a Equinox, completed with a groupon for wheel alignment. I do not have any complaints for this service; however I had Escape recently serviced with a new groupon purchase, and the owner or manager of the shop, failed to complete the service within the alloted appointment window of 7:30AM-11:30AM. I had called twice for status, and only on the second phone call her advised it was finished. I presented my groupon, and did not have a balance last time, but he didn't say anything after standing at the counter for two minutes, so I headed out. He then, advised I owe sales taxed on a pre-paid item, which was not outline in the groupon. He blocked in my commuter vehicle, until I paid the $8.00, and failed to present a receipt.
Corperate and Owner - of this location. Please be advised, the manager and coworker, smoke cigerettes frequently at this location, and had to put down his cigerette, before finishing up a final bill. The manager also uses foul language towards a consumer, in front of other customers, saying because I walked out and returned within 10 minutes I was a (foul/offensive term). The manager also mis-diagnosed a Yellow Wrench, for an oil change, and is now conducting unfair and incorrect trade practices to charge more for rendered services.
I have nothing personally against the employees for they are nice, and were polite. I expect a call from the owner of this location, and a sincere apology for the unprofessionalism conducted.
Thank you, hope others will not encountered such behaviors.
