My family was staying in Bethlehem for a funeral in New Jersey when, just three hours before the viewing, I noticed a roofing nail lodged in the outer tread of my tire. In a panic, I went straight to Monroe Auto Service and Tire Shop to see if they could help. After I explained the situation, the staff immediately checked my tire, diagnosed a slow leak, and walked me through several options.
Despite their busy schedule, they kindly worked me in right away and replaced my tire. In less than an hour, I was back on the road, and my family made it to our loved one’s viewing on time. The staff was not only efficient but also incredibly kind and compassionate during a stressful moment.
I am deeply grateful for the outstanding service I received and highly recommend Monroe Auto Service and Tire Shop to anyone in need of reliable and caring assistance.

Called ahead and asked if they were able to plug a tire and was told yes.
Got there and the sunglasses-wearing desk clerk immediately started loudly complaining at me about “this scummy thing Monro does” by outsource inbound appointment inquiries and then not putting appointments on their calendar. Agreed, not good for your office’s productivity, but there’s absolutely no reason to immediately raise your voice to a stranger about your problems with your employer. I asked if I should go elsewhere and suddenly a half-apologetic tone came in.
Went to a nearby Mavis and mentioned this interaction; they laughed and said they’ve heard it before. Save your time.

John is my go to guy for anything automotive, I have been through several cars with him. My son also brings his car to John. Always professional always honest. When
You find a good honest mechanic its better than find a good doctor. Wish all Monro's were as good as John's.

Normally no issues. Always go there for my oil changes. No issues. Went there this past weekend after making an appt online to check my service engine light. Got to my appt only to be told they had no one there to do that job. Yet i was able to make the appt and no one cared to call me day of to tell me i couldnt take it there.

It you want to get scammed, by all means. I spent a total of $1500 in 2 weeks, had to bring it back twice. The car is worse than when I brought it in. Guest Service doesn’t want to help you. They hung up on me when I started to ask questions.

Usually go here for inspection ," call center" made me an appointment for inspection. I got there for him to tell me he had no inspection sticker, this is not the first time that has happened .
