Maggie and Nicole at Nazareth Pike Storage were amazing. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and not pressured into using them for storing my personal belongings. I love this place. I went in the other day and met Nicole and Maggie who are just pleasant. They took the time to explain the deal that was running and were very welcoming. Great customer service. I will recommend this storage unit to anyone who is looking for one.

What a knowledgeable staff! Saved me a heck of a lot of hassle. I would’ve gotten the wrong size unit and been hosed but Maggie showed me that I needed the next size up and why. Well done!

Paid for half a month, then for the whole month of December. Took everything out on the 10th of December. They advised me that there would not be a refund for the balance of the month that my things were not in storage. What an utterly complete rip-off.
