Just go to the emergency room. I will never be going here again. I went in with a bad stomach bug in December. I made it very clear. I didn’t need anything unnecessary done. They proceeded to keep me there for 2 1/2 hours while my wife was working at home with our infant, and told me I couldn’t leave until I had certain tests done. Uncomfortable about this, I told him I don’t want anything that’s going to be a surprise bill that isn’t covered that is unnecessary. They assured me this wouldn’t happen, but continued to keep me there and sent me a $500 bill. The kicker is at the end of it. The doctor said, oh, we don’t treat stomach bugs here. JUST GO TO THE ER. The doctor working with me was extremely unprofessional, lied several times to me, and I can’t actually believe I didn’t just walk out of the place. This place is unethical, and a complete scam.

Extremely pleasant and quick. Left in under 30 minutes with my Rx.

people who checked me in at the front desk and the nurses who helped me with blood pressure and everything was very nice and kind. However that male doctor who saw me was very rude! both my sister and my mom was there before, not only the fact that he didn’t do a lot of checking on them but he was giving attitude, if i don’t feel sick or have any problems i wouldn’t come in here and waste both you and my time. He was saying my mom was just fine and no need to take any medications which it got her feeling worst the next day so we had to go to st luke walk in care and the doctor said she has flu….also when my 7 years old sister was over there, he purposely poked really deep inside her nose while he said it’s not gonna be deep at all. He was giving attitude and the way he looked at us made us feel like he’s looking down on us. Until that doctor is fired I am definitely not coming back because he’s ridiculous but other staffs were very polite and nice and i appreciate it a lot!

Don't waste your time they don't treat anything besides coughs and runny noses. Dr Ernest Michael sully had to be the worst Dr I've ever met in my years. He had high negative energy upon entering my room. He basically told me there's nothing he can do but would not let me leave till he ran test he said would ultimately come back negative. The nursing staff didn't like him either as they bashed him outside my curtain. He was totally unprofessional and very rude. I asked him to bring down his energy but he refused saying he was a high energy physician. I'm omw to the ER now. I paid 137 dollars to be told I need to go to a real doctor. I'm sharing this to give a real review not giving 5 stars for a 1 star experience.

The front desk people are always super super nice! So understanding and caring! Never takes long! Recommend! always fast and always friendly.. i swear it has the nicest people i have met never had a problem no matter what i was there for big or small. What i truly love is No one judges you for coming in for something minor like my son falling and me needing bigger bandages as well as he had hit his head so i was a worry wart typical mom..they didn't act like is was a problem that i came in and the doctor was super considerate and helped me get him cleaned up, so i'm really glad that there is a patient first close by as well as the hospital if its something too big. They really have such a great timely bedside manner..they listen and help but they really don't keep you waiting long at all, so that is extremely helpful and something barely any place around can do. That is something to really be proud of!i10/30/2020Every time I go here it is absolutely excellent service and they are able to help me with ease there is barely a wait time and it is exceptionally great to know that I can have great health in between my busy schedule.2021 update::It seems to be going a bit down hill from when I started going there, I know staffs are short and things are different due to Covid but bedside manners are a must and I just feel like every time I go anymore I get the rudeness of a emergency room doctor Which I didn’t before.2024 updatedHonestly I really used to like going there but after the last three visits one where they missed that my children had rsv…didn’t even say it could be a possibility…I really feel like asking if they are actually putting doctors that have medical degree as the doctors. I kinda feel like they are just put learners in and they are just kinda guessing what’s going on. The care I feel has gone downhill within the past year or so. I feel it’s more yeah okay here’s something get out the door rather than being heard and really treated like they care at all. It seems like they aren’t really that educated as they used to be and have become to comfortable chit chatting and hanging out then actually being doctors, the nurse that take your blood pressure seems to care more.

Why is this place still in operation? Thwy don't do anything foe you. Then they refer you to the ER for EVERYTHING! it's just a money scheme. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! DONT BRING ANYONE HERE. ITS A RIP OFF.

Doctor Ernest Michael Sully is a fabulous, considerate, kind, and smart man. It’s abundantly clear he works very hard and assures every patient is taken care to meet their needs and his expectations of excellence. He deserves a significant raise for his exceptional work as the lead physician.

They should change their name to Patient Last. They don’t care about patients at all, only money. Their billing is atrocious. Received a bill from 2 years ago. Yes 2 years ago. Telling me my insurance was invalid. Spoke to my insurance company and it was active during my visit. It was invalid 6 months later though. Patient first billing said Covid slowed their billing down. No wonder my insurance was inactive by the time they processed the bill. Currently going through a grievance process with my insurance company. And patient first would not delay payment at all during grievance process. They said they will send to collections right away after final notice if grievance is still going on. Bunch of crooks. Will never use patient first again.

I was using Patient First for primary care for a few years. I'm usually healthy except for the yearly sinus infection. It ends up being bronchitis without antibiotics. I was sick in November and decided to do a virtual visit. I received antibiotics and was told to follow up in 5 days if the medication didn't respond. I went in to Patient First on day 6. Fever, cough, sinuses and chest congestion. I saw Dr Oakley. She totally disregarded my past history!! I always end up with bronchitis and have been on antibiotics in the past that does not work!! She insisted it was viral (after weeks of being sick) and said I "was probably sick less then 10 days". She didn't want to change my antibiotics and then insisted on one that has never worked before!! I told her to check my chart to look in the past and just give me the normal medication I usually take. . She was rude and arrogant and mad I went back and forth with her. Well guess what!! The antibiotic didn't work!! After several phone calls, I was told to come back in and there was no guarantee she would give me what I needed!! I was so upset and defeated, something you should never feel when you are sick and seeking help!! I ended up going to a different dr and got my medicine and was better within a week. She ruined the holidays and I would have ended up in the hospital if I didn't go somewhere else!! I never got the radiologist report from my chest X-ray and I was charged a normal visit instead of a recheck. Avoid this place if you really need help!!! I will also be filing a formal grievance with the company!!

What’s up with the doctors in this place if you do not have bedside manners you do not need to be a doctor!

The staff is great ! I was able to be seen within minutes of checking in . I felt like the nurses and doctors went above and beyond to care for me . I’m thankful that I chose to go to Patient First.

A majority of the staff that worked with me today were very nice. However, the Doctor that saw me was rude and made me feel stupid for not knowing the difference between two medical things. So not only was I really scared of what was wrong with me, but then I sat there defeated knowing that I tried to seek help and had really rude treatment from the doctor. Once again, the other staff was very kind to me and I appreciated their kindness a lot.
