I never make reviews but for this spot I sought it necessary. I came in to get my nails soaked off an hour before the place closed. When I walked in all workers ignored me, I had to deliberately walk up to someone for them to tell me I could not get my nails done. When I explained I only wanted to get my nails soaked off, the man yelled at me there was not enough time and to get out. I will never come here again and I advise you to do the same. Terrible customer service.

I normally go to a friend, or a nail tech, but decided to go Perfect Nails instead. I truly feel they provide good prices, and services. Staff are friendly. Will be coming again!

Horrible won’t recommend no one going there. I walked in and I wasn’t greeted or nothing had to walk over to the lady and then she finally asked me what i needed. Wait time is horrible and very long. Went to get my eyebrows done and the lady was very harsh and pinching up my skin , when I finally get up to see my results I had a huge bump right on top of my eyebrow don’t recommend this place at all and looks very unsanitary.

The wait can be long for a walk in so make an appointment. The guy that works in there is fantastic! The prices are reasonable. This is the only place I'll go.

Len is great! She gives a meticulous pedicure and, most importantly, listens if you ask her to redo or touch up a missed spot. Most of all, unlike some salons where I've had services, she doesn't chit-chat while I'm quietly relaxing. The salon itself is not shiny and glamorous, but so what? The service is worth it.

My wife and daughter asked for 2 regular "non-gel" manicures. At the end of the session, the man charged them for 2 "gel" manicures. These gel manicures are double the price. Keep in mind that the issue here is not the price. The issue is that my wife specifically declined these gel manicures. When she balked at paying for something she didn't ask for, the man insisted that she did order it.
