I went and there were 2 girls that were patting my dog on her back hard and kept yelling at her, and after she was done I checked the nails of my dog and they were literally still long .. Bad experience if I can 0 stars.. do not recommend. That is the last time I go there.

I got natural balance venison and sweet potato dog food. The bag was given to me from the back soaked in dirty water, and when I opened it, it had webs in the bag from Indian meal moths. I called and the fat Italian lookin guy gave me a hard time about it. Poor customer service and didn’t even go get me a new bag. He told me to get it myself. I’m 5ft. That’s a 25lb bag I had to go carry to the front of the store after the inconvenience of having to be late to work because of bugs in your stores dog food. Then made me wait in line of a bunch of people for a quick transaction of just switching it. THE OTHER BAG ALSO HAD WEBS AND LARVAE IN IT. So I call the manufacturer number and they were more helpful and so kind in finding another lot and for free. My dog has been without food for three days. Thankyou for the hardship.

Don't waste your time. The manager is rude and the place is a dump. Just go to petsmart, where you don't need an app to redeem your points.
