Usually I have good service when going to Queen Nails Spa for pedicures and manicures, but the last few times I went, the tech felt rushed, did a poor job, got an attitude with me, and charged more than the price listed, will not be going back.

The salon was decorated very beautifully. It was very comfortable.
I was not very impressed with the quality of my nails. I had a full set of nails done with gel. The nails were supposed to be short and round. The shapes and sizes varied.
After three days, some of the nails started peeling back. After a week some of the nails started coming off. This is never happened before with acrylics and gel. I was going on a trip for a week so I could not go back & get them redone. While I was on the trip, I decided to go somewhere else and have that redone. It was a lot of money spent for only a week. Sadly, I will not go back to this salon.

The only reason I didn’t rate it a 1 star is because I’ve never gotten my nails done here, so I can’t speak on the quality of their nails. Today I went to get my eyebrows, lip, and chin waxed. The customer service right off the bat wasn’t that good. Her attitude was kind of nonchalant and not really that friendly. Not only when she greeted me, but when she was doing my wax she was still chewing her food. To the point where I could smell the onions on her as she was waxing me. She rushed through the entire process. She didn’t pluck my eyebrows at all. She could have definitely taken some more hair off. Also, there was still hairs on my chin after the wax. The service was definitely over priced considering that she could have done more with my eyebrows and she didn’t get all the hair off my chin. On top of that she did a sloppy job with getting the wax gel off my face. It was like she did one wipe of my face and she was done. I left there still having a bunch of dry wax on my lips. Definitely not returning!!!!!!

Staff is amazing and free Beverages why you wait..Everyone is kind and Happy faces.

Worst experience ever! Do NOT come here. It took 3 hours to get a full set of crooked nails that look like a toddler painted them. Staff was very unprofessional, laughing at and mocking a stutter issue, while repeating the same question because THEY didn’t understand what was being said to them. Design requests should be kept to a stick figure request since it seems like that is all they’re capable of. So they’ll tell you nothing looks good except for their limited capabilities. Expensive for what? No idea how they got those tech licenses. Horrible.

I went for a gel pedicure today first they posted 20% off on your nails I ask they say yeah yeah everything 20% off then go to say that’s why the gel pedicure is 40.$ so I let me try first time my first and last time will be by their the lady who did my nails have no idea how to do pedicure and she doesn’t understand all she was saying is okay okay it was the worst she didn’t know what she was doing I have to tell her first time time this happened the worst worse place ever never going back there and then when I pay they say you can’t put the tip not card but point to the atm saying go go you can get tip there after a bad job ??they don’t deserve a star ?

They're nice, but I had a manicure w/gel polish not impressed a little rough. That same night all of my cuticles were itching like crazy. I'd cleaned them and used Neosporin to prevent it from getting infected.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE ! Because they think they did nails for so many years they expect you to wear the nails how they do it ! The lady kept making my nails wider then they are when i told her i like what Im paying for she said no i did nails for 30 years if you don’t like them go somewhere else an took my nails off an raising her voice in front of everyone
