Had pcp fax over blood work tests and I took bloodwork tests in three times and still haven't received results. Urgently need results. Will not be going back!

I needed some blood testing done. I was able to make an account online, pay online right away and schedule in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived, the suite was well-signed. The check-in process was quick and easy. I then waited less than a minute before getting called back even though I was 20 minutes early. The phlebotomist found a vein immediately and the blood draw went quickly.Would definitely recommend this location, it seems like they are well-organized and good at what they do.

I have gone to this location twice in the last 2 years, and both times had a very positive experience. The first time I had an appointment, was called on time, and was in and out. This last time I was a little concerned because I did not have an appointment. I was called before I even sat down, and my phlebotomist, ( did not get her name), was amazing. She was friendly and patient and even let me know that one of my tests will only be covered by my insurance once a year. I was not aware of that. I could not be more pleased with the service I have received here and will definitely be returning.

I've been to the Bethlehem location twice, and was blessed to have Rose assist me on both occasions. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with how gentle she was, I did not feel a pinch when she withdrew the blood sample. The place is also clean and they see you on time.

Arrived early and waited almost 25 minutes past appointment time. Attendant was also rude when we inquired.

The building is impossible to find. There's no sign outside. I tried calling for help with directions. The phone is just a recording and the directions tell you they're located inside a Walmart shopping center on Westgate drive which doesn't exist. I missed my appointment by 5 minutes and they refused to take me. I will never come here again and would rather pay out of network lab fees than deal with this.

I have been going to Quest on Westgate Drive, Bethlehem for years. The phlebotomists are wonderful. They are extremely friendly, and professional. I make appointments so there is never a wait. The results come up in Mychart expeditiously. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Extremely long wait times, usually screw up information with insurance and every other visit a bill shows up. For years they were great with no issues now can't explain the problems they have.

Unbelievably inefficient. Arrived, 8:10 a.m.. Left, 9:50 a.m. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:15 a.m. I show up at 8:10 a.m. and check in at their self-serve kiosk. The kiosk said there was a 30-minute wait. I selected an option to receive a text when they're ready for me. I received a confirmation text that I selected this option, but I never got a text or call to let me know they were ready for me. I waited 30 minutes and then re-checked in. This time, I chose the option for waiting in the room. The system labeled me a walk-in, even though I had an appointment. Walk-ins are not prioritized. Quest shouldn't offer self-serve kiosks if they do not work properly. My experience fell far short of acceptable.

Went to the Bethlehem location to get a pre employment drug screen. I got in very quick but the nurse seemed somewhat flustered and lost. They ended up losing my samples which has never in my life happened until now.
