Their online scheduling system isn’t accurate!..Not only did I ended up extremely bruised blood ran down my arm had to have blood work done again the second day only to show my results from quest was wrong don’t go there!!!

This location is super efficient. I highly recommend going to this location. I'm almost afraid to tell the truth about this location with the worry of it being overwhelmed by so many patients going there creating long waits online now.

Let me explain my rating…it is not a reflection on the office or staff. They have all been wonderful, patient and friendly. My issue with Quest is getting my results. It takes FOREVER, and it’s completely unacceptable. I am very sick and go to five different labs, and Quest is the only one I have issues with getting my results in a timely manner. If your doctor orders 5 labs, and 4 are complete in a day but one takes two weeks, they won’t release your results until all the labs are finished. No other lab works this way. It’s very frustrating, especially when it’s important cancer labs. Requesting your labs, which is an option on their app, gets nowhere. So just an fyi if you go there. The people at the labs are great, getting your results not so much.

This is where I go everytime I need bloodwork done. Although I've heard all phlebotomists there are good I always see Lina. Very pleasant, excellent at her job, and a super nice person.

I love this location, I have been going here for years and have never had an issue. The ultimate test was when my daughter 8 at the time had to get her first blood test, besides when a baby...she was beyond crazy and climbing walls in fear, all in her mind. lol... they were so gentle and reassuring and when they finally were able to get it done she said, "that wasn't so bad...." They were so great with her and she isn't afraid of needles anymore.

Super friendly, caring, attentive, organized, and knowledgeable staff. Facility is immaculate. They are always ready for me at my appointment time, if not earlier. I highly recommend this location. I am so thankful to have them close by. A+++++++
