I bought a nectar collector on 3/22/25 as a gift for a friend & I gave it to her on 4/3/25 & found the one piece to be broken. I went into the store this evening to exchange it & the guy was arguing w/ me basically telling me we took all of the pieces out of the box while I was there, b/c he wanted to know how it went together to use it as he wasn’t familiar w/ them. I know for a fact I explained how to use it, but also know that all the times I’ve bought them there I would never remove them from the box b/c they r super fragile. He also stated that they could only return them up to 15 days. Today is the 15th day, but he would not exchange it. Over time my friends & I have spent a great deal of money in this place & have never had an issue w/ anyone being rude like this. I would’ve brought it back sooner, had I bothered to check it prior to giving it to my friend. But we’ve also never had an issue w/ a broken item from here either. I’m thoroughly disappointed on how I was talked to & treated basically the guy was saying I was lying about not taking the product out of the box. A friend was w/ me when I bought this & when I got home from trying to exchange it I asked him if I took any of it out of the box, specifically the part that is broken. He said I did not remove that piece from the box. He also remembered the date b/c he had been w/ his kids earlier in the day for one of their birthdays. I’m going to call them & let them know the date we were there & also that today would be the 15th & final day o can exchange it as he had stated himself. Wish me luck! If he still refuses the exchange, as much as I enjoy going there b/c they have a wide selection of products & we enjoy playing their skills machines, I will not return there & will take my business elsewhere where they do not accuse people of lying. Super disappointed. To top it off my friend will be stuck w/ a broken gift til I can find somewhere else to get one.

Fantastic place, the guys that work there are friendly and easy to get along with, have randomly everything you may need, highly recommend it.

It's a gas station. Pump your own fuel. Pay at pump or attendant. It's well lit, off of rt 309.
