I live in the south side of Bethlehem and fortunately the rite aid on 3rd street was one of many that closed sadly I now have to travel over to Stefko Blvd where the pharmacy staff is bombarded with a lot more customers coming to them for their medication which is very stressful and understandable who wouldn't be when things like this happen. Well I'm very unhappy with 2 of the pharmacy staff there when I mean unhappy I mean pissed so pissed that when I do go to pick up my medicine if these 2 employees are there I turn around leave I'm actually thinking of leaving rite aid and going with CVS or Walgreens this one employee back in the pharmacy I actually had to put her in her place her attitude sucks she's very cocky and rude like this morning I called to see if my prescription were still there because I already paid for them and she answered the phone uggggg thank you for calling rite and this is so amd so how may I help you I asked my question amd with an attitude she said what's your name I told her she said yeah it's still here anything else I said no and while she was still talking I hung up on her. Look everyone is entitled to have a bad or even a few but what ever your going through or how your feeling leave it in your car before you go into work because your the face of the company amd of your looking like that then your giving the store a bad look the employees is what brings in the customers and if you don't have the personality for then go sit behind a desk customers service isn't for you then that's exactly what I tell my staff every morning before starting our shift amd at the end of the day before going into your house leave your job in the car because it has nothing to do with your personal life when you clock out for the day. So that's my complaint of this rite aid 2 employees make me not go there when they are working. Because I know myself and if they keep being rude and ignorant then I'll get rude amd ignorant and they don't want that side of me the lord saves them every time but you can only turn your cheek so many times until you had enough.

We all know Rite Aid is going through it right now, but the staff in this pharmacy are very hit or miss. Some of them are very helpful and nice, but others probably don't belong there. For example, I called to check on a prescription and the person on the phone seemed to want to argue? I was just checking a prescription. They also were just wrong about a prescription not being sent to them: St Luke's sent in a prescription request, which was verified in their system, but they brushed it off and just became argumentative. Not a fan of that kind of behavior.

Made vaccination appointment - sat around for over 30 minutes for no apparent reason - there was no one ahead of us. Was in and out of vaccination last week at Rite Aid in Waldwick Nj in 10 minutes- - something is very wrong at this location

Went to the pharmacy for my scheduled Covid vaccine, sat in the chair that said “next in line for Covid vaccine.” Sat there for a few minutes while people behind the desk paid me no mind. I went to the desk to talk to the lady and after about 45 seconds of me standing there and her ignoring me, with no eye contact, she just said “picking up?” I said I have a scheduled Covid….. then she interrupted me and said, “go to the next window over there” before promptly walking away. I stood at the other window where a guy was standing, also ignoring me. Then the lady shouted, “at the far end.” So I go to the far end and the lady who was there walks away, then I hear laughing and banter in the back. After about 10 total minutes, I just gave up and left. Probably one of the most trash customer experiences I’ve ever had, and as a pharmacy none the less…
Going to CVS.

I'm not sure if he's the mg or sup.. at this location but he's Goofy and rude (Stephen McDougle) I went to my local rite aid on stefko boulevard to receive a Western Union transaction that my daughter's grandfather sent her for her Bday today. As I'm doing the transaction he's ask me while laughing and smirking. If I was doing Western Union. I said yes he asked me for the amount I said $100 he laugh some more then he tells he doesn't have any money in the register. Meanwhile he had a wad of money in his hand and he was walking to the safe in front of the Western Union podium to put the money in the safe. I asked him hey can you take the hundred dollars out the money before you put it in the safe. He said no the cashier that was there had her hand out expecting him to give her the $100 so I can complete my transaction but he didn't. She seemed like she was shocked. I was even shocker and disappointed of the customer service that I just had received because he supposed to lead by example because he is a lead in that store.

I ordered over the counter medication off of the app and sent my husband to go pick it up. He stood there for 30 mins while two of the workers literally walked past him multiple times doing God knows what. One even came up and asked him if he still needed anything and once again he told them that he was there to pick up medication for me, after that interaction they continued to ignore him until he decided to leave. So, I had to get my sick self up out of bed to walk down there and assist the issue. Mind you I was pissed and not feeling good at all. When confronted, the lady behind the counter said that she had been working since 11am and that she didn't see any guy waiting there. Then she told me that they didn't have any online order on their screen, but for some reason before I could show her my phone proving that I had bought the item at this location online, she went over to the pick station and found my order. Well, go figure, right? Then turned to me and asked "So, what was the problem?" Clearly, not wanting to hear anymore of her atidude I said "nevermind.". ,But the problem was that you should have done your job correctly the first time, instead of making it more inconvenient for sick people. Some people just shouldn't work in customer service, and here was a clear example.

I worked here a long time ago and I still wish I would’ve reported the manager to hr. I was mistreated the whole time I was there and If someone is looking to apply to this rite aid I suggest you look for another one.

My wife went to this pharmacy to request a Covid Booster, as a walk in. To her surprise, there was no wait, so after filling out the necessary paperwork, Rita Beller, the pharmacist, gave her the shot. Rita was kind and professional. Rite Aid had both Moderna and Pfizer boosters on hand. She could not believe how easy it was. She was very impressed by Rita and her staff. Everyone was friendly. The pharmacy area was spic and span (unlike some other pharmacies). I am thinking of transferring my prescriptions to Rite AId.

Literally stood at online pick up inside the front only to be ignored for 10-15 min. Then someone asked if I needed help. I say yes I've been waiting for 10min. And still didnt get help with what I came to pick up.
