Due to an atm malfunction lost $65. Customer service hung up, after calling three times and being told different time lines. Total deposit was $800. Only got $735 back. Closing both accounts.

Horrible bank. Had an account here for years, was responsible with account and decided to withhold my paycheck for a week with no valid explanation just because the system felt like it. Lost us as customers. Don't trust them with your money!

The worst bank ever. I do not recommend. The staff is super rude not only that customer service is even worse. I went to deposit money for my mom because I help take care of her and she lives in Florida and they going to tell me it’s. A new policy they started that I’m not allowed to she has to be present to add money in her account!

Good morning I hate leaving bad reviews I truly do but this is how we correct errors that people making customer service I've been banking with Santander three years my children also have accounts. Overall I always have a good experience. But this morning I went to get $200 out of the bank, sitting in line have patience so the wait was not bothering me at all I was sitting there and I was wondering what was taking so long no one said good morning no one said how do you want your money back blah blah blah then I hear OK Amy, hear you go have a great day. and I said well no one ever said good morning and no one ever asked me how I wanted my money. I did need it in a specific way, by then ended up sending the money back and she did it the way I asked but why wasn't that all done in the beginning why was I never acknowledged??? So customer service skills today were not good
