Normally I dont have an issue with Sheetz. But today for lunch I ordered a 3 pack of sliders but only received a 2 pack. Today was a fail on their part. Now I don’t know if I can trust them any more for online ordering.

Good coffee and food, and they also have free air for tires. The app has some decent discounts too.
I do have to take off one star because of the car wash though. I couldn't see how long the line was until I was driving into it, and then there was no way out once I was in it. Waited 30 minutes and was only halfway to the actual wash, luckily there was finally a lane to come out of the line. Given how popular/busy it is, I'd really like if there was a second car wash or at least an easier way out of the line for people who don't feel like waiting 60 minutes for a wash.

I come and order through their new drive thru that they're advertising. Wait for forever, finally drive around and walk into the store and my order is sitting at the the pick up counter. I asked for the milkshake that went with my order. It had been sitting there right by the drive thru window where I was just waiting for it, for so long that the milkshake that went with the order was completely liquid and melted.

$5 for a tiny cup of mac n cheese with no size options. Crazy expensive for gas station food. Price to size ratio is awful

Sat in the carwash line for 55 mins. That is what it is. Spent $12 for a wash and when it was finished still had enough soap on my vehicle to wonder if the rinse did anything. Don’t waste your time.

9.53 for loaded fries that can’t even be custom ordered. The fork is the size of the box, less than half full. Guess they have to raise prices and lower the standard of acceptable food items in order to get the money they spent to rebuild the entire place for zero reason. Such a slap in the face at what you’re charging compared to the amount of food actually received for that price with zero ability to make food the way the customer wants. Last time I buy food at this place. Also want to note, for reference a plastic fork goes corner to corner in the box

Been there since rebuilding of store, service is good. Did get .10 gas discount on recent visit. If there was a Sheetz closer to home I would patronize them on a regular basis.

Today, December 14, 2024, I'm going to buy something here, because Wawa is closed. And if I don't like Wawa, I like this one even less. The hot dogs are small, the chili looks like ketchup, you can't see the meat. And the piña colada drink has so much syrup that no matter how much ice you add to the drink, it doesn't feel cold.

The new layout lacks personality. I still love sheetz, lester and now scott made it a place I want to stop at. But refurbishing every sheetz location into a copy paste machine is a terrible idea.

Since the remodel they can't seem to get ANY orders right. I know it hasn't been long but come on it's a bit ridiculous when it's multiple orders different days and times..

With the opening date around the corner I am praying it was a full fix up, and I mean FULL, mangers who just talk and regular employees who have AirPods in when you’re waiting for your order to be called it sitting on the table and you have to flag them down 5 times just to get cold food and when you say something about it all you get in response is reorder it again no I’m not paying for 2 orders 1 you messed up the first time, its also weird that the cashiers remember your name from the you giving your id and trying to ask about where you live if its a nice area and all that it’s an invasion of my privacy I just want to buy my drinks just tryna leave and your making it harder, if it’s the same sheetz just looking different will never come back again 👎
