Our daughter filled her tank there on 7/5/25 afternoon. When she went to pull away from pump, car shuddered and stopped abruptly. Had difficulty restarting, but did restart and engine was running rough. She stopped and turned car off and called home. We advised her to see if she could make the 3 mile trip home. Car shuddered and ran rough through the trip home. I called gas station immediately to alert them that story is concerning for contaminated fuel at their pump. Person who answered phone at 1:52 PM completely dismissed my concern and essentially became non-verbal. Parked it and had it towed to dealer. Dealer confirms today after siphoning gas from tank that it was contaminated with water. I will attempt to call gas station again to inform them of findings, but I have my doubts whether they will properly address the issue. I will likely need to deal directly with corporate representative. I will update if any new information favorable to the station. My wife did place a social media post to alert others of the issue.

I bought a pack of butter, it was 1 month expired, they refused to return it 1 minute after purchase. told me to put it back on the shelf...Then forced me to pick something else out instead, which i didn't need. They told me I should check the expiration date next time. No chance there will be a next time. Too the owner: feel free to roll the camera back to 6:45ish today and you can watch this interaction

Hours of operation never line up to when the pumps are on. Always trying to fill up on my way home from work and it says PUMP STOPPED even though there’s someone still working. There is no reason to not have 24/7 pumps in PA, it’s not against any sort of laws, even unattended pumps. So please just make it a bit more convenient for customers to fill up because this is one of the only shell’s in the Bethlehem area and it’s prime location. Just need some updates pumps!
