I wish this location could be a bit more consistent when it comes to the PayPal cash deposit service they offer.. half the time I am able to come in at any time and deposit with absolutely no issue..more recently I have been told be several employees they are unable to help me due to it being past ten or past twelve depending on who I’m speaking to..however the last time I was denied service around these times, I had to come back the following day..when I asked the man working the counter in the morning (possibly a manager) what the cutoff time is he informed me that Employee should have been able to assist me as they can process PayPal deposits any time in the 24 hours a day they are open. However I was once again told this evening I couldn’t deposit due to it being past 10pm. There seems to be a pretty big lapse in communication between employees and I’m reaching out to hopefully receive some clarity as no info is provided on the website. I understand typically morning or afternoon is the most convenient time for most folks to deposit, however not everyone’s schedule is the same. As someone with very limited access to a vehicle and a very small window of time to run errands, it’s extremely frustrating to waste a trip and be told I can’t be helped when I was assured the store is fully capable of accepting deposits during business hours (anytime)...Especially in the case of needing to deposit cash to make a payment deadline. It’s a bit confusing why the time of day would effect when I am able to deposit my money into my own account being verified by my barcode, and assuming the store is equipped with proper bill checking tools or training which also would apply to all hours of the day. If the system did not allow it that would be understandable, but when im helped some nights and not others that is clearly not the case. If there are stipulations on time for a service you are offering, please consider clearly stating that on your website as well as communicating to PayPal so they they can update their information too. Unfortunately I was relying on the information given and deposits I have made well past 10 on many occasions.. and instead I had to drive all the way to quakertown to make two separate deposits After being denied a deposit and actually even told they only offer cashapp deposits not PayPal..which is absolutely not the case..making it extremely frustrating to make a 1hr drive so far out of my way last minute when I am fully aware it could be processed like the many times before.. Ironically the quakertown deposit location was also a speedway.. while they processed the depsoit, they refused to exceed 300 dollars total because they “weren’t sure what the cutoff is, and the money wouldn’t be deposited into my account if it was over that” which is also completely untrue based on past deposits, very poorly comminuted and nonsensical. I’m not sure if the employees feel whether they make a deposit or not is up to their own discretion or if training/information is not being provided to them..but thankfully after ANOTHER 15 minutes added to my drive I was helped at a 711 with no issues whatsoever. If this is something the business chooses to offer it would be very helpful and much better business practice to operate consistently no matter who is working..If not company wide atleast for each individual store. If each employee is giving different information it is a bit counterintuitive and inconvenient for customers expecting a service to be provided no matter which employee is working..I certainly wasn’t intending on over an hour drive tonight due to unclear and conflicting information. I was relying on being given correct info the initial time I inquired and the same deposit capabilities at the same hour I have come in many times before. If someone is able to please Provide an accurate and clear explanation of PayPal deposit policy including the stipulations (if any) when it comes to hours of operation or dollar amount for PayPal deposits that would be greatly appreciated..

Bad customer service! The manager Ashley is very rude and not friendly! they need to hire better associate.
Will not return and will make sure corporate hear about Ashley! So she can get out of there!

I paid $10 for gas, put the gun in the tank and went about my business. After the gun clicked, I took it out, closed the plug and started the car, the readings on the estimated mileage did not change. I returned to the fireplace and asked for a century. She played tricks for a long time and gave me a check for 10 dollars, although I also bought cigarettes. Thus, they did not fill me with $10 worth of gas and most likely are doing dishonest work

I was there this morning on 12/2/23 And I went to the cooler and saw 2 16 ounce Red Bulls for seven dollars. I go to pay for them and ring up at $8.48. With the speedway card. I told the cashier that you have a mortised in the cooler for seven dollars for two she just shrugged at me and that was it. I said forget it and just left they can’t even honor their Advertised prices.

I stopped at 3622 Route378 Speedway and was professionally helped by" SHANE" , he listened and provided help towards pricing of several items and the coffee machines and just was top notch in directing.Speedway has a great employee in Shane. Thank you and keep up the great service .... my new go to!!!Stop in !!!
