Horrible people charge express only say will be done that day. Quoted one price, but then went to pay. It was five dollars more. Customer service in the print area is horrible

If I could, I would give it zero stars! The manager on a Saturday afternoon was the most rudest person I have ever met! This person should not be in a people/retail business. If the owners of the store would know how he treats people I’m fairly certain they would not want him working for them. I will never shop in this store again.

Recently Calvin and Tom assisted me with my purchase of a new HP windows 11 desktop computer. With sale and coupons used the computer cost was reduced by $260. on a $860. sale. The $600. covered the computer, complete transfer of hard drive from previous machine and a two-year service plan. thanks Calvin and Tom

If possible, i'd like to give a 0 to the manager Branttni in the printer center. I used to print a lot of posters at this location, but tonight was a terrible experience, I was the only person standing in the line for pickup my order, I was waiting 20 minutes and she just walked around in front of me and then took care of other guy who was not from the waiting line. Please hire more professional staff if you are staff shortage, otherwise it gonna hurt your business.

God forbid you need help @ the copy & print desk . I’ve bent standing here over hss as if an hour … rude girl here concentrading solely on UPS .. okay now no there just me here and now she goes to help a girl who’s already been helped and then go straight to UPS. Customers WHILE IM STILL STANDING HERE … WOW !!!
