I Bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty sport 2 years ago from this establishment. It was bought in as is condition with the dealer saying there were no issues with the car. I have spent over 10K on repairs in 2 years. If you want to buy a car from this place, have the car inspected first because they are not honest.

Hi my name is Tina , my son and I when to star auto mall on 8/29/25 we purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee for my son , I have to say I have purchased many cars having 5 sons and have come in contact with shady sales people. But I meet a sales representative His Name is Xavier White he is an excellent sales representative I recommend him for a car referral 10/10.

I had my very first car purchase recently, thanks to Steve, who unfortunately no longer works here. The purchase was easy and helpful, everyone knew what they were doing! They even cleaned up and buffed my car for me alongside the purchase, it looks brand new! Definitely recommend, amazing dealership!

Don't buy from here I bought a car from here in March for 8100 dollars 2 weeks after we found out the transmission mount was broken we called to get it fixed cuz the car apparently had a wartently she said she would put in a work order (never did) 2 weeks after that called agian for them to say well talk to the manager then 2 weeks later got a letter saying if we wanted our warranty which they never upholded anyways to be longer it would be 2g now less then 2 months later and less then 3000 miles later the check engine light is on and the car won't move

Steve did an AWESOME job at educating me on what’s best for my situation, He took his time to MULTITASK between me and a customer he was helping to educate me on a better option for my situation. I’ve been to dealers and I’ve met professional people but not as professional and smart as he was.

I had a bad experience at star auto mall on 512. I was going to purchase a gray 2016 Land Rover discovery sport today and I had asked why is the car price $3000 more then what the car is worth. then what kbb was saying it was worth. They said we go by a different company I asked them if they can take OFF $1000 then I will buy the car. They came back and said the lowest they can take off is $500. I told them I can do that. before we had that conversation salesmen Raymond already gave me the walk out the door price including tags. So when we got to doing the loan paperwork I had to (Repeatedly) asked to see all of the breakdown of the numbers before I sign any paperwork. I reviewed the number and I found the they added the $500 back to the cost they just added the $500 to the loan thinking I wasn’t going notice. When I pointed it out to guy who name is Pete who deals with loans he try to tell me I wasn’t reading it right and then when I explained it to him he then said he wasn’t aware of it and that he had to talk to the guy at the big desk about the $500 off. I told them to please give me back my $14,000 check that I gave you for my down payment. He came back out with my check and a new paper with new numbers and took off $750 from the price instead of the $500 and still trying to get me to buy the car but I told them no thanks and to please give me my check back so I can leave and that I can’t find myself to continue my business with y’all when you try to lie and take advantage of people like that. as I was leaving gave Raymond $20 cash for lunch, I’m not sure if he was involved with the scam but I really did feel bad for him because he loss out on a car sale.
The only reason why I was Willing to pay $2500 over the cars worth is because I wanted to support a small business, but I’m not going to be lied to or taking advantage of. I wasn’t desperate for a car. I have two I just wanted to treat myself to something nice.
It very sad because they know I’m a full-time single Dad and they tried to take advantage of me.

Upon reading the reviews from other people about Star Auto Mall and there sister company that goes by the name of (Taj auto mall on Nazareth pike in Bethlehem) it seems like they take advantage of people that are Desperate for a car or don’t have much money.
DON’T buy A CAR FROM THESES 2 COMPANIES at all cost.

I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe from Star Auto Mall in Bethlehem last July. My family has purchased five cars from the Star Auto Mall network over the years. So when I was looking to trade in my small suv for a bigger vehicle without breaking the bank the first place I looked was Star. We went there to specifically look at the Tahoe and the receptionist on the phone did not disclose any known issues when I asked prior to driving to the dealership. When we arrived the vehicle was ready to test drive and to my surprise had hot air blowing when the air conditioner was turned on, this was July. I didn’t even want to drive the vehicle but we had already driven to the dealership so I decided to take it for a test drive anyway after returning to the parking lot from our test drive I told the salesman I was unfortunately not interested because it seems like the air conditioning is not working. He reassured us that they could fix the air conditioning prior to me bringing the car home so we proceeded inside to try to settle a deal. I guess at that point I should’ve known the long list of issues to come. We purchased the Tahoe and we actually left it there so that we could have the air conditioning repaired. We went down to pick up the Tahoe a few days later and they claimed the air conditioning was fixed. I told them I did not want them to just put freon in it because that is a bandaid solution. We were able to bring it home and a few days later the air conditioning stopped working. I wasn’t surprised so I called them. They said they would assure me they were going to fix the problem and this happened for the next few weeks over a total of about three months where Star Auto Mall told me they were going to fix my air conditioning and they kept taking it back and putting freon in it and giving it back to me. After many calls and complaints Star gave me a
Loaner vehicle and coordinated having the Tahoe looked at by Raceway Chevrolet in Bethlehem. They diagnosed the problem as leaking lines for the air conditioning unit in the rear, they assured me that they were going to perform the work at Star and to no surprise the air conditioning stopped working again a few weeks later on the way home from a trip. After a 12 Hour drive and 90° July weather Star Auto Mall would not cover the cost to repair the air conditioning at a different dealership and kept informing me they would have to do the work due to costs. I should’ve returned it then but once again they took the car to “fix” it. Well, here I am 1.5 years later still having issues with the air conditioning and wishing I never bought the car from them. I ended up with a car that is in the shop every other month and am actively looking at how I can get rid of it in this economy. I will never buy a car from these people again.

I bought my car on July 20 2024. Immediately the car wasn’t acting right. I started this process over two weeks ago. It is in for service for tire balancing-fixed- bad mother and transmission mounts- allegedly fixed after a few false starts with allegedly wrong parts. Then it was a couple of different parts and you guessed it -the wrong parts. Now I was assured on Saturday the right final part would be there today. It was not. I had to call three times after finally getting a point of contact -Charlie who is apparently always stepped out.
This is a 2016 Honda hr-v. Six speed manual. 71k miles. It allegedly needs motor and transmission mounts, a front axle and something on the rear. Every excuse was been wrong parts. It’s going on a week. Amanda is great but I need to know why the service department is so incompetent.
They sold me the car in this condition
They keep saying talking to warranty. I keep reminding them I’m not paying them since they sold me the car like this. How can I get action on these items? I don’t want it to take a month like the other reviews. I need help.

I bought my second car from this company, but this time they did not give me a good experience. I had to go there four more times in a month because there was a problem with the car I bought. This situation both prevented my business and made me suffer. They gave me a one-month warranty, but I could not get it fixed because the period was over. So think twice before buying a car from this company.

Do not, and I stress do not buy a vehicle from these scam artists. Worse experience I have ever had. Claim they inspected my vehicle WHAT A JOKE. 45 days, I had to buy brakes all the away around, rotors, rear caliper, and 4 new tires. The car didn't start, and a headlight went out. Their incompetent service department installed the headlight, took them 2 weeks, and put over 200 miles on my car. So furious! And on top of it, after installing the headlight, they didn't even adjust it. It was pointing down towards the road. I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle. If I could give a "0" review, I would. STAY AWAY.

OMG!! Just when I thought Star Auto Couldn’t out do themselves they prove me wrong yet again. This is my fourth car from them and the service has never been less than perfect. My sales guys, Ted and Rocky were beyond professional and patient and were very forthcoming about all of my inquiries!! I couldn’t wait to share the great news as well as my car with all of my friends because despite the distance I had to travel.. I would go to them again & again to secure the health and safety of my family! The process and the approval took less than a day and they still gave me a couple of days to come in to complete the process. This is the first time in my life I can actually say going to a car dealership was a pleasant experience. Thank you, Star Auto 191!! U Guys are really the best!!

Got a 2019 ford fiesta from them with only 42,000 miles on it a the transmission went not even 3k into me having it a they didn’t help me in anyway way. Also when I first went there they showed me the wrong car and gave me that car they waited 3 days to tell me I signed the paper work for the wrong vehicle, so basically I got trapped into keeping a sh1t box car with a bad transmission
