After 2.5 hours of waiting, nurse informed me surgery wouldn’t start for an undetermined additional wait time. Since I’ve been here since 7:30am with only one other patient upon my arrival there’s no excuse for this expected 4 hour commitment for what should be no more than an hour long start-to-finish procedure. Very disappointing and frustrating that I can’t even get an approximate ETA for when the doctor will begin.

Treated as though your cattle in a cattle yard. They paint brush on bra strokes based on condition not the individual suffering from particular conditions. Everything's assumed. Do not read charts , received a phone call regards to something that was supposedly drive that day of post surgery. No one reads the chats. Doctor did a phenomenal job. anesthesiologist great, Director of nursing much to be desired. cops and attitude and states that your non-compliant when you're trying to get through her thick skull and arrogance that just because someone has a condition doesn't mean that every one is the same. Being asthmatic, each person has different triggers and allergies at different levels..Much to be desired. Received the call next day post-op regards to taking particular medications when those medications weren't even prescribed or given at the time of post-op in the office. The doctor was not even informed of that till afterwards. Would recommend another facility to have procedure done .

Very Professional and knowledgeable, friendly staff.Excellent Doctor's and Nurses.Had Cataracts removed here.Building and grounds and well Maintained.All inside equipment is modern clean and well Maintained.Would use them again if I had too.

Today, June 8, 2020, I had my 4th eye surgery done at Valley Eye Surgical Center. Dr. Pravach preformed my surgery on my right eye for a vitreous hemorrhage. He did an excellent job and I have the utmost respect for him and I have total confidence in his abilities to take care of my eye problems due to my being a diabetic for 30 years now. All the staff here are totally professional, kind, courteous, helpful, and make you feel at ease and relaxed because their care is excellent and you know you're totally trusting and confident in them. Just an overall fantastic experience here for your surgery. I can't say enough good things about the staff. I recommend this surgery center highly. Thank you for the great job that you do. God Bless all of you!
