DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I bought a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta Sport here in early August. Have been dealing with some loud vibrating and shaking noises since I bought it. Turns out 2 wheels are severely bent and need replaced, wheel alignment is off, front brake pads were damaged and had cracks down the middle of the rotors, and undercarriage was damaged and falling off. Took this car to Star Auto Mall within my 30 day purchase to look at the brakes and they said everything looked fine and didn’t want to replace them, even though the VW dealership said they were in bad shape. Overall terrible experience buying a “newer” car here.

Bought a car that barely made it home. Asked for help in resolving the issue and they want me to pay for half the costs of repair. Issue started on day ONE! Spare yourself the headache of working with a bunch of incompetent people!

My experience was extremely poor, since I walked in through walk out.
We purchased a Subaru 2015 from these people, the car looked great but obviously few details due to age but the most simple and cosmetic which I immediately highlighted and in my opinion should be covered or minimum say that they couldn’t cover it but can help on installation if needed.
Customer service -10.
Literally 2 days after pickup the car, the radiator exploded and the car left me stranded. It was a mess. Not driven 300 miles since pickup and 100 of them was bringing the car home. Their customer service was “It is not our problem, you should take care of it, we could review it but in 3 weeks” totally ignoring the statutory warranty which is by LAW in Pennsylvania.
I wouldn’t recommend this people never and ever.

Had a good experience for the car I wanted. Worked with Alex and got me a good deal on the vehicle. Vehicle was clean and drives pretty good with no issues. Definitely where helpful and they where able to work with what I had to put down and worked around my budget for the vehicle that I could afford. Would definitely recommend
