Most useless and weirdest bank I have run into. They run promotional bonus online and then when you go the branch they seem lost. They actually discourage you to open an account. Dont waste your time and go there. So strange!

My account was closed for having a 5 dollar negative balance, which they overdrew to charge me a paper statement fee. The bank manager was extremely rude. I heard Chair Force at least 10 times. Great job making fun of my branch of service while you never had the courage to serve.

They gave me a $100 bill that cut on the other end. The bank teller and supervisor refused change it for me. Even other banks don’t want it. This is daylight robbery. I won’t recommend anyone to this bank.

Why is your bank so neglected and dirty? When it first opened it was built to enhance the area. Cars parked , basketball stand and garbage are all around the propertyBeautiful when opened. So sad to see no one caresHave it a 2 because I’m not sure of staff since I do t go inside. Filthy glass doors.

Warning do not come here!!!! I live 2 blocks away but drive to bath pike or Easton ave locations. This location is filled with rude people who don’t know what they are doing.
