Stacey was very helpful and was able to replace my misplaced card within minutes a few seconds away from their closing hours. Most banks/places usually turn you away last minute. Very selfless helpful and kind. Great team and perfect team for this bank!

Best branch specially ROSEI Whenever I went there they fix my issue i went there for my IRA she opened in 5 minutesEven before i went another branch at park ave Easton PA Branch they couldn’t open my account and gave me time but this branch at bath pike bethlehem Pa is always help me

Bank tellers unaware of their own Corporate policies. Opened up a bank account for the $250 promotion and months later still hadn’t received the money. Called Corporate to ask when the money would be hitting the account and they said that money we invested had been deposited incorrectly and they wouldn’t be honoring the promotion.We had asked the teller MULTIPLE times prior to opening the account if we qualified for the promotion by opening up the account on site and writing checks to get it started, and she assured us MULTIPLE times that it would be and that the money would be direct deposited within 60 days. At no point in time did she say that the promotion was only applicable if we made our $500 deposit electronically. I believe that the tellers name was Kathy. Very short lived account. Open and closed my account within 120 days because branches are not properly informed of Corporate policies- and shame on Corporate for not honoring promotions after a customer receives misinformation about the convoluted stipulations.

This is the worst branch to deal with. Employees would rather eat and talk in the back instead of coming out to help customers. Every month it seems to be different tellers and bankers never the same staff. The new tellers don’t know what they are doing are asking the other tellers for help for every single thing. I use to come to this bank for a quick stop and end up staying for 10-20 mins.

Recently, I received checks and banking statements for a TD bank account that I didn't order. The checks had my address and a Nebraska phone number. Due to this reason, I decided to take the documents to TD bank. Once I arrived, a bank employee who sat at the first desk noticed I was waiting to be served then said, could I help you with something. I replied yes and briefly said I think someone opened a bank account without my approval. Her face turned to one of annoyance as she replied that she was busy. There was no concern in her demeanor. She could have easily said, give me a few minutes, and I would be happy to help you. Instead, she turned and looked at her computer screen, only to get up and walk away. Shortly after, she returned to her desk and handed me a business card with TD's customer service phone number. She said I needed to call them on my own because that is all she would be doing if she had to help me now. I was left in disbelief that a bank customer service person could be unwilling to provide any meaningful help. Upon arriving home, I called the number on the card and waited for almost an hour to finally speak to someone. After my call, I still felt uncomfortable that the rep would further investigate the matter. So the next day, I decided to go into another TD bank location on Easton Avenue to see if anyone would at least look at the checkbook and statements.Luckily for me, the teller there said she could help. Apparently, there is an in-house process for handling identity theft scenarios. First, she verified the information and said she would take care of it now. Then, after looking at the account, she said it had been closed, and she collected the checks and statements to be shredded. In addition, she provided information about TD's website for more info on how to handle identity theft.I was happy for help but was upset because I felt that I was lied to by the bank rep at this location - she provided little to no assistance, just plain old lazy. I then returned to this bank to file a complaint to the manager about their employee's behavior. At this point, I was told the lady who refused to help was the bank manager (Deena) and that she had stepped out of the office.

Horrible customer service... bank tellers don’t count your money when giving it to you... they dropped like 10 dollars on floor... big messs!! Bank manager acted like she couldn’t be slapped

A lot of turnover. The tellers and managers they had there were all replaced. Different faces overtime I go in. The girl that does the wire transfers has no idea what she is doing. I tried to tell her that I had a template for my business that has been saved but she told me I don't have templates. Rude and sassy. Thinking of moving my business account elsewhere...
