This T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods, like many Marshalls locations, is losing its shine in that they’re not bringing new things to the table and they continue to rely on seasonal items that people are reselling with dwindling success.
Imagine how many items here never get purchased and end up in a landfill.

My comment was deleted. If you’d like to have a good day stay out of this store lol. I had the most disrespectful experience here she was obviously a manager or some kind of team lead saying slick comments and giving me nasty looks just because I made a return for a swim suit I never wore.Acting like it came out of her pocket. She whispered “that’s definitely worn” to her coworker and rolled her eyes with a dirty look and told the worker to just do the return. Let me remind you it’s a swim suit with the tag on please explain how that could even possibly be worn with the tags still on it. I knows this happens often because the girl in the register goes “sorry she’s just like that” She couldn’t even say it to my face but I just wanna say it genuinely wasn’t worn I bought it when fitting rooms were closed. if you think it looks bad that’s on the company you’re working for not me. I hope you get fired she had redish hair by now it could be different and a stank attitude wish I asked for her name but I hope she’s fired.

Today I have standing at the jewelry section for 20 mins and the seller not even want to service me she was spending time with another customer too long she came to get stuff front of me and turn back when she realized I was still waiting she said what she can help me I said I just want to look the bracelet in there she just point the fingers up to let me know that wait for her and another 10 mins she still not come so I walk away. I understand she take care another customer but only one , to me I think she just cloud let me see that bracelet and she can go back to service another customer.

I apply to TJ max . I had great interviews but as I soon I mentioned I'm disabled they didn't want hired me . I think they should give me a chance because I have some experience. But they not just looking for full time apparently they want ppl who can work all the way til closing . I really want opportunity and I anwser questions right . I really thought TJ Max will be my hope but now I regret applying went thru interview . And they was looking for ppl who know how to handle resisters . I think it was unfair. For all those disabled out there don't apply here bc I just got rejected.

Tjx & home-goods policy says if you had an item for more than 30 days then you still can return it. However this shop told me that they can’t accept the return as the items are 6 months old. I bought them and forgot to return on time (30 days).
I don’t see any such policies of tjx & home-goods as they have put in their website. The store manager didn’t follow tjx/home-goods policy. The incident happened on 10th June around 9 pm.
Don’t be fooled by the high ratings of this store. The good ratings are very old and new reviews shows how much worse this store’s management & managers are.

Lady beware there is a tall fat white man that wears thick glasses that pretends to be shopping be carrying a shoe box. I noticed he follows the woman at this store then grabs his private area and rubs it whole watching you. Watch out for your kids
