Not good.
Asked me to pay 900 dollar as they took odometer reading wrong and said u drive 800 miles.
Thankfully i took a picture of the odometer before taking the uhaul.
Just had 30 miles on it.

The supervisor was rude and never explained the returning of the truck to the same location I was charged 350 for returning the old behind truck to another location. So I was charged 89. Plus 350 never again

Went in for propane. Got 3 excuse before he said we are busy. There was no one in line and zero cars in lot. Either staff never got trained or just didn’t want to go outside

Employees are unprofessional, telling customers that there are no trucks available. And a couple of minutes took me to make the reservation online. Definitely, nowadays these employees want to make money doing nothing.

My experience with this location was horrible, two people working at the location did not seem very knowledgable or professional about customer service or standard operating proceeders. We had a reservation # for a certain truck and were informed when we arrived that the truck was not there but “possibly” at one of their other local locations. A “reservation” is to keep that truck for when we arrive, not have it show up late from the previous driver and inconvenience us or have it not at the location we reserved it at. There was no notification of the truck being at another local location. When we tried to get some monetary assistance at the location that did have the right truck, they were unable to have any customer satisfaction help on pricing. Complete waste of time, do not rent U-Haul vehicles from this location in Bethlehem on Stefko Blvd. and confirm the vehicle is ready and waiting before heading to pick up at other locations. They also, only hold the reservation for one hour is what I was told, if you are late they will cancel the reservation and may or may not notify you ahead of time.

Service was great and this is an actual U-Haul facility. I’ve had bad experiences with other locations that just have a few trucks in a small lot but this one had a larger inventory of vehicles. They made the experience quick and easy for me.

Yesterday, I went there to get boxes, packing tape, and packing peanuts. I went at 11:15am and the Store was CLOSED. I was on my lunch break. Their hours say they are Open 7am-7pm on the door. If the manager was stepping out, they should have another employee working the store. If you need to go to the store, call ahead. Maybe they'll be open, maybe not.
