It can get congested but they were fast and efficient. I was unloaded in 1 1/2 hours and back on my way. They did not leave a huge mess in the trailer either.

Dorris is shipping/receiving is very confrontational, she treats drivers badly but the guy that works beside her named Harold i believe, does a really good job and treats drivers very professionally.

Guard was friendly.. Usually need a 205 # when checking in, but I was a special case so too a little longer, but everyone was friendly and helpful along the way. Company had a driver who had a death in the family so I had to pick up the load halfway there and already late. I showed up 12 hours after original appointment. Shipping and receiving office is by door 6. Both clerks I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Gave me a door right away. Parking lot has plenty of room to maneuver and park. Yard jockey woke me up about 3 hours later to get my paperwork. Definitely great experience on my end.

Unloaded full trailer for 1 1/2 hour which I never seeing in any other US Cold storages.

Seemed good empty patking can be complicated when there 2 or 3 yard jockys park trailers making it extremely difficult to turn around

It's a decent warehouse for the most part. Has a lot in common with most of the other warehouses. They offer great benefits and a decent schedule.

No overnight parking. Stop at guard shack. You have to show your ID and 204...number. Go to your assigned door disconecdi and pull 2ft forward. Check in the shipping office by door 6.

I work for this company it's tearable was discriminated against for being gay the guy that did this is still employed here management is a joke there's no suppervison and nothing but favoritism save your self the time and do not work here!!
