Pretty good experience, woman at the guard shack was awesome. Have your p/u number ready with her if not when you go to the office. Park by the curb but she’ll give you the rundown. Have your license handy if you don’t remember it when you check In at the office. Checked In at 10 am for a 12 thinking i had a 11, was gone by 1230.

Pretty easy check in pulled into the guard shack about 4 hours before my appointment time. Went to shipping office the assigned me a staging spot then about an hour later received a call to back into a door. Everyone is very friendly and a pretty easy place to back into every spot.

It’s not bad place. People are friendly and respectful. Plenty of parking for maneuvering. But the loading process could be a little quicker.

Easy check in process. No place for overnight parking. Will accept early pick up base on how busy they are. Load pretty fast.

Came on a Saturday to deliver so maybe my experience was different but I showed up Friday night and parked on the street even though there's signs all over saying no parking. Maybe because it was the weekend is why I wasn't harassed but it was quiet and not that much car traffic. My appointment was 8AM Saturday and after checking into the guard, he tells you to park on the right side curb and walk into shipping/receiving to check in. Door was given to me immediately, and I was out of there in one hour.

Always a great time.. no overnight parking but you can stage within so many hours of your appointment time.. quick unloading, friendly (well a few) ladies and gents in office. Free coffee, clean restrooms..
