Joann was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me turn a personal stressful situation into reassurance because of her kindness and compassion towards me. She did go above and beyond to help me, especially because today was a very hard day for me, she made my day so much better. I left this post office feeling so much better than I started my day. Huge thank you to her!!

Since the dominican lafy is working in this post office. The service is the worst,she is so slow and the way she talk to costumers is not the best. I thinking yo change my po box to UPS store in catasauqua.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was waiting in line for 30 minutes to drop off a package I had a QR code for. First off they don’t have a self service kiosks for QR codes like most USPS’s in the area. They were out of all medium sized express boxes (most of which are self tape), and the clerk was extremely rude when I finally got to the front of line and it just turned 5pm. I asked for express tape which most post offices have for any express mail. She said “it’s 5pm if you’re not ready I can’t help you.” Avoid this post office and go to any of the other ones nearby.

Probably the worst post office in PA. Has two register that only one works and the Clerk are happy to wait behind that register and do nothing. Long line and as long gets longer the one Clerk that is working becomes slower.

Went inside 2 ladies working both on there phones. Didn't seen to care I was there and didn't want to wait on me. Hopefully my package arrives. Also the lady was rude when I asked for the reciept.

I've been coming to this post office since I was 16. I'm 38 now.The service has been excellent to me for the past 20 years and I will continue to bring my business here for the next 20+ years.All the girls working have been nothing short of nice and professional to me and to all the other customers that walk in everyday on a daily basis.

Yeannerys has ALWAYS been very courteous and efficient in providing professional service to me and the other customers that I see while I am in line. I told her that she won't be at this location long - because the USPS will surely be promoting her soon!

I had 2 pretty big boxes and was unsure of what type of slip I needed to fill out. There was a long line and turned out the slip I had wasn’t the right one. The clerk, Yeannerys was patient and kind. She explained what was needed, helped the person behind me, while I finished.From the moment I arrived up to the time I left the post office, the line was long. Clerk #15 kept things moving along with good customer service.

I go to the counter with a package and an address but no zip. I ask if they can look up the zip for me and the response was "we dont do that". I go to hellertown po now, its worth the 10 minute drive
