Been here multiple times at 8:30 AM when they’re supposed to be open for no one to show up until 840 or 845.

This office is unprofessional, preoccupied, and lacks customer service. I dislike coming here, but it's convenient, so I feel forced to tolerate the poor interpersonal skills.

They do not open at 8:30. The lobby was open at 8:30, but the customer service center doesn't open at that time. It is more like 8:45am. Why display a time schedule, if your location does not adhere to the schedule? Post the correct time. What kind of business operates like that??

Would be nice if they were actually open when it says they are supposed to be open. Hours day 8:30-5, I showed up at 8:35 and no one to be found, lights still off. Waited for a few minutes but had to leave for work. Now I have to find another time to come back, and will they actually be open?

Terrible, they supposedly open at 830am and I waited until 9am. Apparently turning on the radio was more important than starting your job. So around 9:05 I sent a package with 0% help and 100% attitude.
Hey go back to bed if you’re not a morning person.
Tried to call superintendent but the numbers are bogus.
Don’t go to this one….i won’t anymore
I’m more upset I have to give it one star.

My package was routed from there to Lancaster PA and I have no idea why. The address clearly said my home address and I contacted usps support multiple times to confirm it was correct but for some reason my package went from Bethlehem to Allentown back to Bethlehem and is now for some reason in Lancaster.

A stand up post office located on an incredibly busy road with dedicated employees that get the job done & delivered! I was so fortunate, I got in the office on what could have been the last seconds of in-hand deliveries on a Saturday & the courier helped me out regardless of the impending closing time! ?
