THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLES REFUNDS!!!
Their application fee per person is $80 which is pretty high already then they ask for $100 deposit per applicant to hold the apartment while the application is being processed. They tell you once approved you will have that deposit applied to your rent but if your application is denied they supposedly refund that deposit in check form, mailed to the address your moving from. Which can cause an issue if people have already moved from that previous address! Anyways it’s been a month and still no refund and they are avoiding my phone calls, Zack blames Erica about my refund not being processed and Erica has never returned my phone calls, they don’t care to resolve this issue at all. 0 stars do not involve yourselves with valley park apartments save your money there’s better places and more affordable places elsewhere. The apartments are small not worth what they charge for rent anyways.

Disappointing lack of professionalism. We made an appointment for 10:30, received text and email confirmation. We're in the neighborhood when the agent sent a text confirming tour at 11. Replied that tour scheduled for 10:30 and his reply was it's a 11. A few minutes later text saying unfortunately next tour at 11:30. We're in the neighborhood so we confirm just to get text saying unfortunately next tour at 2:30. No apologies for the inconvenience. Property looks clean and good reviews. We reached wanted to tour without the scheduling run around.

We are here on a six month lease and I have to say that both Zach and Erica have been very kind and accommodating. This transition was not easy, but they both were very patient and understanding. I would totally recommend this apartment complex to anyone in the Lehigh Valley area because they take Customer Service to another level.

Awesome Community! Can't say enough Great things about the leasing agents. Zach is the best! Every request was taken care of within 24hrs. Neighbors are friendly, Clean and well kept.

This is my first time renting an apartment and from signing the papers to the move in day went smooth.
I guess if I would have something to question it would have been nice if an office staff members go with us on our move in day to show us around rather than on a map in the office. But all in all a good experience.

Have recently moved into Valley Park apartments and so far experience has been great. From intial appliaction to today when I sent a couple of work requests in yesterday which were taken care really quick === glad I choose Valley Park

I recently moved here and during the application process both Terry and Zach helped my through any complications that arose and were very patient and helpful with making sure I was able to get the unit that I was looking for! The office has been on top of anything that I've brought up and whenever I bump into Terry or Zach they're always super friendly and welcoming! Would recommend this place as it's the most welcoming complex I've lived at.

First day of move-in I had roaches crawling everywhere/dead, half of amenties in kitchen was broken, stains around the house and on the carpet from previous resident. Took a week for them to help me with half of those problems, and a month for pest control to respond to my bug issue. Didn't even have a bedroom door and didn't have screen doors/windows for almost 2 months, and I know residents who have been waiting nearly 6+ months for maintenance to do their job. Absolutely ridiculous if I'm paying almost 1600 a month, all this should've been done already.

Five Stars for Valley Park Apartments in Bethlehem, PA!
I was absolutely flabbergasted by my first phone call to Valley Park Apartments. From India, I spoke with Erika for 18 minutes. She was incredibly kind, patient, and provided detailed assistance on the application process and document uploading. Her phenomenal support, especially for international residents like me, made a world of difference.
During the application process, I had multiple interactions with Zach. He’s a fantastic person and very helpful in processing my application. Zach assisted me with uploading the necessary documents and answered every single question I had. I spoke with him more than 10 times, and each time, he helped without any hesitation, going above and beyond.
As an international resident, I’ve had bad experiences with other landlords, but Valley Park Apartments stands out for their patience and understanding. Even though my English is not perfect, they listened and assisted me with great care.
Lastly, I spoke with Terry, the property manager. She epitomizes patience and understanding. She quickly responded to my application in a positive manner.
The day I arrived and received the keys from Terry and Zach, they welcomed me with exquisite chocolate chip cookies. I hope this review reaches the senior management.

Issues are addressed. Other than hot water at times in the winter this place is well maintained and addresses any issues pretty quickly
