I had a wonderful experience at this location in Bethlehem. I believe the young lady's named was Shayla or Shyla. She's was extremely helpful and kind. She was so patient with us. I came with my two sons who choose to be super indecisive that day however, Shyla did not bat an eye once or show any signs of annoyance even though they changed their minds and got the wrong size shoe several times. Shyla walked back and forth to sneaker room 7 times (I counted)! Each time she tried to be more and more helpful and never once gave an attitude or made us feel uncomfortable! Sorry but NOT sorry most people her age would of definitely been huffing and puffing sucking their teeth but Shyla did not. She displayed a level of professionalism that not only is rare for people her age , but rare in general period! We are fairly new in this town and it is refreshing to find a sneaker store for my teenage boys that they liked and that treat us well! Kudos to DTLR for not only having a wide collection for us customers to choose from, but also staff like Shyla that made it so we definitely will need back to shop at DTLR in Bethlehem! Shyla thank you I hope I am spelling your name correctly š¤·š½āāļø you were amazing!

Iāll start by saying, I was only on this site for one simple thing ā a pair of Nike Rejuven8 recovery slides for after my runs. Easy enough, right? I order a size 13, feeling good about life. Moments later, I get the confirmation email⦠and surprise! It says size 8. Because obviously, when selecting a 13, what I really meant was an 8.
No big deal, mistakes happen. I call them up thinking weāll clear this up quickly. According to the girl who answered, theyāve never had a size 13 ā size 8 was the only one available. Oh. Interesting. So naturally, I ask to cancel the order. Logical, right? Nope ā apparently, thatās not an option either. Of course not! Instead, she tells me I can either call customer service (good luck) or come pick them up and return them. Perfect, because who doesnāt love making two trips for something they never wanted?
A few days later, I figure let me stop by and deal with this. Itās not a lot of money ($70), but, call me crazy, Iām pretty sure I could find something better to do with $70 than leave it behind for a pair of slides Iāll never use.
I show up, explain why Iām there, they bring out the slides ā the wrong ones, naturally ā and again tell me they never had a size 13 and I must have picked the 8 without noticing. I mean, sure, if you think Iām the type who selects random sizes and just rolls with it ā just like how Iām writing this thoughtful review without a second thought. Makes total sense.
Then she asks if I paid with AFTERPAY (spoiler alert: I didnāt). I even pull up my bank statement to prove it. She checks and⦠wait for it⦠tells me they can only issue a store gift card. Because obviously, nothing says āexcellent serviceā like trapping your money in a store you have no intention of ever setting foot in again.
I explain that I donāt shop there. Her solution? āYou can always exchange it for something else⦠or just come back.ā Oh good! Because my new hobby is apparently buying things I donāt want from places I donāt shop at.
No problem. I grabbed the $70 gift card, walked outside, and ceremoniously threw it in the trash where it belonged. Problem solved.
Moral of the story: If they say they have something for you, make sure you physically see it in hand before giving them a dime. Because once they have your money, youāre not getting it back. Youāve been warned. Good luck ā youāre gonna need it.

This store has an okay-amount of variety but the customer service is absolutely terrible. The ladies that work there are beyond rude and are too busy on their phones FaceTiming people/talking, rather than helping. The manager is nice, Iād recommend better staff. I will not be returning, disappointed. Save your money/energy and go to the mall. Not once did someone come up and ask if I needed help or what size I needed while shopping. Had to walk to the register to get someone to acknowledge me.

The women that were in there was so busy on their phones smh 1 helped me for bout 5min and just went back to the register to talk to the other 2 ladies instead of helping me find the right size shoes because every shoes Iād show em they didnāt have it in the size I needed ... horrible customer assistance it was aggravating

The place is okay but don't buy nothing you really don't like or anything you might have to exchange cuz that's the only thing you will get and exchange there is no refunds you will not get any of your money back if you buy anything in this place you only get store credit and you got to spend $500 to get $25 off your next purchase not good at all
