Awful, awful, awful pharmacy service at this location. Before transferring my Rx to this Walgreens, I was quoted a price. When I went to pick the Rx, I was told they were only able to partially fill the order but I would have to wait until the following Monday to pick up the rest. They charged me the full amount, in accordance with what they quoted me, but was told I would not have to pay anything more when I picked up the balance of my Rx on Monday. I asked if I had to bring my receipt to show I had already paid and I was informed they will be able to see that on my order. I was told Monday morning my Rx would be ready by 4pm. I drove all the way there but was told it was still back ordered, but it would be ready the next day after 4pm. I called to confirm on Tuesday and was assured it would be ready at 4pm. Drove all the way there only to find out it was still back ordered. Finally was able able to pick it up on Thursday (almost a week after it was originally supposed to be ready), but was told I would have to pay an additional amount despite me being quoted something different. The original quote they gave me was in line with the reference price on GoodRx. Pharmacy technician Freddy was very helpful but Pharmacist Scott was very curt and despite all they put me through, he said that's what I have to pay and walked away while I was in mid-sentence. No apologies. DO NOT GO HERE. WALGREENS will soon be following RiteAid into bankruptcy court by treating their customers this way.

Not everybody deserves a managerial position. Thank you CHER for ruining my experience. Please dont let her be of any assistance to you, clearly she does not know her staff who work there. Returned a fedex package and never received a confirmation number via text. When I reached home and called she kept disconnecting the phone 3 times. She claimed whomever I was asking for never worked there nor did she have the uniform I described, it is not part of their uniform. To say the least I don't know whether my package is being handled appropriately or not because "she does not have a tracking number nor records of my drop-off. Never returning to this particular store.

Recently went in to pick up some prescriptions, the gentleman at the pharmacy counter was very pleasant and was able to answer my questions on medications I am taking and if they would interact. Very quick and polite.

Right before xmas for some reason they told me that my prescription needed a Dr. approval. It had 6 refills. Called them guy said price and the next day I waited in line for 20 minutes . It was not ready. Told it would be 25 minutes tillfilled. Left and then there was no notification that it was filled. I then had it transfered. Went to pick up my script at other pharmacy and they refill the wrong one. Apparently walgreens filled it and did not notified me it was ready. Here I sit again waiting for a refill at the other pharmacy. I am so over you Walgreens!

Terrible pharmacy. Scheduled a 6:30 flu vaccine. Still sitting here waiting at 7:15. There’s no line, they’re just filling prescriptions and refusing to help me

Had a scrip called in at 11:30 am went to pick it up at5:30 pm on the way to work and it wasn't ready. And the young women working was helpful. I ask how long and she was like it's going to be a minute meaning it's going to be a while.

I have been hung up on and placed on hold 10 times and am still calling. All they do is put me back on hold after they answer and then it rings 100 times times and then CLICK! I’m still trying on hold and I’ll just get hung up on again. I will NEVER USE THIS WALGREENS EVER AGAIN. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN A WOMAN WHO HAS GONE 2 DAYS WITHOUT HER PSYCHIATRIC MEDICINE WHICH SHOULD NEVER BE STOPPED DUE TO MEDICAL COMPILATIONS LIKE SEIZURES! OK so the guy finally answered the phone just now and I think they were just very busy and he was very very nice and was very very pleasant so I’m gonna stop complaining

Associate Leonardo and the young lady with the nose rings ensured that this visit was unpleasant. Poor attitudes and general demeaner, cursing openly while having their conversations, no greeting whatsoever when I went to pay. If they were my employees, they would be gone.
