NEVER USE THE DRIVE THRU, waited nearly 45 minutes to pickup one script. I feel like charging them for the gas wasted waiting so long.

This pharmacy has the worst employees, everyone looks at you with a bad face, you make a purchase and neither the system nor the manager gives you the points. I was showing my rewards and they didn't want to give them to me with the coupon in my app. If they don't want to provide good service and treat people kindly, they should look for another job. I'm upset because I respectfully told them I have my coupon and they didn't want to give it to me because they simply didn't feel like it. Worst

This is the worst of the worst when it comes to all Walgreens. Staff will claim they do not have medication in stock, I’ve had to drive back and forth 3 different times within 3 hours to get my adolescent sons antibiotics that they refused to fill all together and each time I called they told me they were ready they were infact not. My daughter’s ADHD medication is never ordered properly and when I do go to pick up staff is rude and condescending. As a professional myself, I feel embarrassed for them. I’ve spoken to corporate and they make excuses that this store has not filled a permanent pharmacy manager. I now drive out of my way to Schoenersville location. Do better and treat people with respect and kindness.

Rude pharmacist argued about a transferred Rx said there were no refills he couldn't fill it anyway.. There were NO refills as it was a NEW RX and he actually hung up. Unbelievable! 👎👎👎

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacist and Personnel they will make you call in and say to come in tomorrow for your medication that you need the day that it is due and then when you go in the next day they will make you say come back at the end of the week because they don't have the medication available I have been going through this for the last 6 months I hope that Walgreens customer service does something about this for everyone

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. No matter when you go you wait and wait. Doesn't matter if it's in store or the drive thru. Today I waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes when they were supposed to be open. Just to go in the store and see they were there and working. Just ignoring the drive thru customers.

don’t go here ever , they don’t do they’re jobs and they have one employee doing everything so it will take about an hour to get ur medication , absolutely ridiculous

This rating is for the pharmacy. It is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Every time in its 35-40 minute wait. I've been to dozens of pharmacies and I've never seen one this understaffed. Avoid at all costs

I have to go to Walgreens because of my part D Medicare. Store is expensive, I sometimes have problems getting meds.
