I've been using Walmart's pharmacy for close to five years. Best pricing for out of pocket expenses (using Good Rx) since I've retired. Staff has always been helpful.

I agree with the observation of Rob S. that Wal-Mart and their pharmacy in particular are biased and discriminatory regarding the disabled. Carrie and Chris, a pharmacist and the store manager, do not want to be bothered with complaints that they and their workers are biased and retaliatory. If you complain you were told repeatedly your rx will be ready a certain time and it is not; told to go to the Easton Walmart; laughed at and repeatedly misinformed and disrespected; overcharged repeatedly; and find mucus in your pills and report it, you can expect retaliation but not remedies. I recommend calling corporate from the service desk or asap to report it, and document the date and time and any names ( if they actually wear a nametag and report their job in the store--neither Chris nor Carrie wears one, so don't expect it) so that you can not only report it but obtain an attorney if needed. There should also be mandatory trainings on customer service, including service of all customers. I have also seen other customers, mostly elderly, mistreated also while I was there, and I only go once every three months and find it distasteful and upsetting to do that. A sign should be posted (especially at the pharmacy) telling customers to report safety, ethical, and any concerns to 1-800- Walmart. I also recommend using GoodRx at other stores. You can also expect them to lie and place blame anywhere and everywhere else, including doctors and insurance and the computer system and other pharmacies, as they desperately need to do so to make themselves look better. They had even said the CVS pharmacist at Easton Avenue is rude and angry, and I worked as a technician with this pharmacist for years and have never seen him rude, angry, or dismissive. I have also been getting most medicines there without any issues for years now. Blame needs to be appropriately placed, and the corporate office needs to hold employees accountable for their behavior.

My husband and I have had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy and we've dealt with them for ourselves, our children and for my father-in-law. The staff has always been friendly and we definitely appreciate the courtesy calls we have received which saves us time from driving there when it's not needed. The cost works in our favor, too, which is why we have transferred all of our prescriptions there.

Upon entry I was pounced on by a bald Walmart employee who was extremely rude because I walked in with a therapy dog in my arms . Never again! I took my business to Walmart !

Did not have medicine in stock. Again. Then they get rude to you about it. Then tell you to comback tomorrow! They need to hire new people with zero attitude. I am handicap and to be honest I have a hard time getting there. I don't drive so I must try to find a ride. If I could give them a zero I would.

They know their drugs. Don't go there between 1 and 2 or so- they shut down for lunch break for an hour if only one pharmacist is on duty.
