Maria is Theeee worst manager I have ever encountered. I come here all the time as I only live a few blocks away. My last visit I ordered 2 large hoagies, chips, sodas and a chicken sandwich. I got home and it was late. My whole order was wrong. I took pics as well. I ordered a meatball sub Xtra marinara, pickles and hot peppers and a cheesesteak which both were wrongly made. It's ok. I understand that happens so I called and spoke to a man who said he would take my name down and compensate me a hoagie on my next visit. Today I just came in for a quad espresso and asked who the manager was. I was pointed to Maria. I told her I spoke to a manager and he said he'd write my name down. "We don't do that here, that's not our process". Confused I went to the ATM and withdraw cash. After realizing I went back and asked her why didn't she ask what my concern was. She backed away from me as if I was a problem. Then she said I was being combative and that there were people around. I said I'm sorry and that I would report this behavior. No customer service by a manager. No politeness. Accused me of a behavior in which I do not engage. I was so offended I will avoid her and probably this Wawa which my wife and I easily spend $200-$300 a week including gas. Thanks for the customer service Maria. Wow.

Probably the worst Wawa I've been to. It's 2:30 in the afternoon and half the coffees are empty. Worker behind the counter just goofing off. Others making food and at the front counter are busting their hump

Any other location is better than this one, there are two just a few miles away that offer cheaper gas, and better service.

This Wawa NEVER has Meatballs. Everytime I’ve been here, they don’t have them. It’s like they don’t ever get them in. Don’t offer something you never have.

Whatever you pay your Sandwich/hoagie crew is Too much. I now call them " The biden crew". They can read something right in front of them, and still screw it up. 3 times in the past 2 months I have placed orders ( usually 3-4 hoagies each time ) Not ONE order was correct. Order pickles on the side..On the hoagies. Order pickles on the hoagie..No pickles at all. Ordered no cheese on one hoagie, got cheese on the hoagie & none on one that wanted Xtra cheese..Yesterday, got the pickles right but I ordered mayo & oil on my Italian...Guess what ? No oil, No mayo.... Seriously? Next time I'm going to hold up your pick/up spot & inspect them All first.If your employees can't comprehend the English language written on an order....Time to hire ones that can... I am sure I'm not the only customer who has experience this time & time again...Do Better !!!! B.T.W, the snickers bar I bought was perfect.

Filthy!! They don’t take pride in cleaning their public bathroom… went in there once to use it and found poop all over the seats… not to mention their food is also horrible!

We went there at 11:15 PM on a Saturday. Ordered two small hoagies and a side of fries. We were served our food at midnight. But that's not the only reason this is a one star review.
In addition to them serving everyone's food who ordered after us before our food got served, the staff there was rude and incompetent, including a guy that was wearing glasses in an orange tshirt. After expressing our frustration with the situation, he said to never come back here without him or his staff apologizing once; instead getting glares. But that's what we get for trying to eat at the worst Wawa of them all. I hope Upper Wawa management evaluates their hiring practices because these people have no business being in the restaurant business.

Had really bad experience employe was very rude ? costumer service Is so bad the employee talk bad to me . He should get fired . Never going back there . No coffee in pots ..this the worst wawa in Bethlehem I can say .
