Purchased the $30.00 cut flower arrangement in afternoon. I usually give these arrangements to the receivers immediately. These cut flowers were going to be used the next morning. That morning I was surprise to see the roses drooping, curling and turning brown. I had to hastily rearrange the remaining flowers into some sort of presentable small arrangement. A waste of $30.00!

I purchased a ham which I thought was on sale for $1.29 per pound because the sale sign was directly under the ham I chose. After paying I realized my bill was too high so the next day Dec 22 I returned with my receipt and price tag off of the ham. I was told after speaking with customer service and the butcher from that area that the sale sign with pricing was in the wrong place so he removed it and placed it under the correct hams and said sorry that there was nothing that could be done. That is the first time that a store was not responsible for their error. I was a Wegman shopper but no longer. I would not pay $51.52 for a ham, I would have purchased a beef roast. My friends are going to hear about your customer care.

Now, don’t get me wrong i love the sushi from wegmans, that being said you can imagine my disappointment when i stroll in to see no salmon rolls of any kind. i see tuna… tuna, tuna, tuna. tuna where the salmon usually is. i ask the young man working if they have any spicy king salmon rolls he points in the direction i was just looking where it was all tuna when i explain this he comes around and sees exactly what i see. i politely ask if they are able to make me a spicy king salmon roll as they have done it for me before. and this man had the audacity to number one refuse to make a roll and number two blame the not having salmon in the holidays… i look past him and see an older man literally making a SALMON roll… but i dont say anything i dont get snippy or rude. but take a tip from me wegmans train your employees on customer service a beacuse this young man didn’t offer so much as an “im sorry” and secondly get some mother freaking salmon rolls on the shelf!!! i saw you making them so PUT THEM OUT.

The big issue with this Wegmans is the poor quality and high price of the produce/fruit. I've brought home a bag of tomatoes, for example, that had a bunch of hidden mold. Strawberries that are either hard as an apple, or have mold in the center (buried) where you can't see, and lemons that became moldy after one day. If you're charging $7 for strawberries, they should be checked at least on a somewhat regular basis. I actually had to pass on all of the Roma tomatoes recently as they were all damaged, beginning to rot, or had been sitting there so long that they became discolored and flattened on the bottom. Also the bakery has had a noticeable decline in quality. A box of muffins was stale and overcooked. This is all happening while the prices of some of these things has gone up 30-50% over the past year or two. I've been shopping at this Wegmans for around ten years, so it's kind of a dramatic change I've witnessed. I would seriously suggest looking elsewhere for produce. The bread is still good, but if the trend continues then I'm not sure.

It's not a very cheerful place. The gentleman that is seated to welcome everyone looked right past us. No one asked if we needed help finding anything, as we were looking to get a few things for breakfast. Jim ( environmental worker ) was the first one to speak to us with a very pleasant "Hello, Good Morning."

Love that they take food stamps. I would never spend my cash there. Too expensive and no great deals!

I go regularly, went by Wednesday and some salads were very brown when should have been green. Went again yesterday on Thursday and decided to take a look at the salads again, the same ones I wanted were still brown at the bottom. As I looked and put down, the employee in the sandwich salad area spoke to me and stated “I shouldn’t look at them that way, now no one’s going to buy them”. I thought to myself, so how am I knowing if I’m spending $9-$14 on a fresh salad! I said OH and continued to view to make my best purchase! Extremely rude to make a customer feel like I’m making you lose money, no one wants lettuce that BROWN AND WET!

Its now two times in less than six months that we've brought home rancid pork products. The smell is ungodly when you cut the plastic. We've returned the items both times but as with other reviews I have to wonder what's going on here...just gross. We like shopping here but its beginning to skeeve me out. I have a feeling its getting too warm at some point and they're putting it out anyway.
