I have never had an issue with Wells Fargo and have had an account since it was Wachovia. Last week I had an incredibly nasty teller who was giving me attitude for no apparent reason. I get it that you were busy but as a regular of that location, the bank tellers are normally very nice and respectful. To have this new bank teller coming in out and then trying to explain policy to me that I am already aware of was ridiculous. As a business owner don't treat customers that way and furthermore, don't be making assumptions about someone as well. I have a good amount of money in my accounts and you bet I will be taking all of that out and doing business elsewhere. Do not go to this location ever!!!!
I called the company customer service line to rectify the situation and they didn't do a single thing. All I received was a generic "We are sorry you had that experience."
Don't do your business here!!

I called last week asked what documents are needed to open an account. Today I made an appointment on the app for my elderly father and disabled brother. They arrived an hour early for a Spanish speaking customer representative, when their turn came up they were told the person left for the day. I haven’t been able to reach anyone today at the branch to ask why they were overlooked.

Went here today was racially profiled by an Indian lady i deposit a check from a lawyer Daniella made the deposit but was acting weird she was very rude and they got with her was acting weird like honestly call a spade a spade ♠️ this racial ahh branch racially profiled by a guy with a wrinkled izod shirt on is crazy

The folks behind the counter seem so impish. I went into the bank the other day, said I would like to deposit and the person behind said "you can only deposit here if you have an account here." Why would I walk in saying about depositing money without an account? Inserted my card, waited a bit before the teller did anything to get the card reader to work. I also had to ask for the "how would you like your receipt" prompt. I usually get one emailed to me but they never give me the option and just print one out there.

Having issues in the past with both personal and banking, I am so glad I went to the Westgate location. JENNIFER was down to earth, and I never felt more comfortable going into the bank and talking to somebody. I hope the higher-ups at Wells Fargo see this message and give Jennifer the credit she deserves because she was awesome.!!! Thank you so much Jennifer for all your help. I know I had a lot of questions and I will have follow up phone calls with you, but you never seemed to mind. Again I do thank you for getting me back on track!!

This location service was aweful. They asked me to use my debit card but I did not remember my pin. I asked for another way to prove my identity and withdraw the money. She told me she couldn’t help me withdraw the money without my pin even though the other bank I went was able to help me with the withdrawal and getting a new pin. I just want to complain about the service at this that location and how they treated me. I felt a little profiled based on the way they turned me away and another bank was able to help me with all my issues and resolve them. I was told over the phone I could go into a bank to create a new pin so I didn’t understand why they did not let me make a transaction when the only way to get a new pin is to go inside a bank. I would not recommend this branch at all especially the way they treated me.

Great service way better than the one in bath, PA location on main street. Rude service over there. Wanted to withdraw 4,200 treated me like I was a drug dealer or a criminal.

We were moving from upstate NY to CO. Three hours after leaving our car made a noise and then shut off permanently. After finding out our car was shot we decided to buy a used car. We stopped here to discuss our options for pulling our money together from our various checking and savings accounts. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and walked through all of our options. The person who helped us even called the dealership we were buying from for us to help negotiate through some of their policies to get everything settled. We could not be more grateful for their service! It was a truly unfortunate situation but they made it much better.
