Great and friendly people , they have a pool ,steam room , sauna , which is very good for me , no private showers (I’m not that confident lol) , you can get lost easily if you are not familiar with this facility . Some people use the sauna to dry their sweaty clothes ?. I have to say that this location needs someWork . The jacuzzi seems to have been broke for a long time, it looks disgusting and many rooms have a bad snell .

Had my son’s birthday party here. The doors to the locker room were left open which are connected to the rented room. It stank like a dirty sock and there were people walking in and out constantly to get to the locker rooms instead of using the other door. The pool was clean and nice though and overall not an awful place but even the vents in the locker rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in 20 years.

The gym is great. Front desk lady is really nice. The daycare employees that handle the kids about 6 and up are rude and sound like they don’t get any training on how to handle the kids. Every single time I am walking through the hallway and there are kids with a daycare “teacher” the kids are being reprimanded for talking, even if everyone is standing around waiting for others to use the bathrooms. They are KIDS! It’s SUMMER! The instructors don’t say anything nicely and always sounds like they are super annoyed with the kids. Kids can be told to quiet down without the instructor saying “there is no reason for you to even have your mouth open right now” today I heard one of the instructors say “you need zero brain cells to work at waffle House!” Why make comments like this to kids? You have no idea their home life or who they have caring for them and where they work. It’s unprofessional and unnecessary.

Always enjoy the deep water aerobics classes. Everyone in the class seems to have a good time talking and exercising

Hot tub has apparently sat empty/broken for years. Funky energy. Steam, sauna.

Possibly the only Y in the state which has a hot tub, steam room and sauna in the locker room.

This review is for the fitness center and gym. The Y has become a Medicare haven for the Silver Sneakers crowd. In the morning “the regulars” take over the fitness room/track, parking themselves on machines and talking loudly and incessantly often about polarizing politics and showing little respect for people under 70 who actually want to work out. The free weight room is excellent with awesome old school equipment although there are no windows and it needs a deep clean and new floors. Cathy is a front desk manager who greets you M-F with a smile and makes you feel welcome. The locker room is stinky and old. The fact that the monthly is over 40 dollars makes it hard to endorse as you can join the new franchise gyms for ten dollars a month and get a respectful diverse crowd there to get their workout in and get out. NEEDS HELP.

My daughter has gone to daycare here for 18+ months and we are very satisfied. She is happy going to her teachers at school every day. The Y provides food for breakfast, lunch and snacks. They prepare bottles of breast milk for your baby if breastfeeding. My daughter smiles and runs to her teachers.

Environment is clean, all toys are sanitized often. Kids can learn lots of fun activities. Staff communicate well. Teachers make sure that students reach their potential goals in all areas. Gym and other activities are available for adults too.

Friendly, welcoming and clean - my type of facility! Fullly stocked weight room and plenty of cardio, never seems crowded. Love this location when I'm traveling.

Reading the comments below I can totally relate to their frustration. This organization should be reported to the better business bureau. The director Julie is not management material. No response back to calls or emails. Very poor professionalism. I wish I can give this facility 0 stars. Short staffed? Hire more people it’s that simple. Using the excuse of being short staffed isn’t bringing money in. It’s turning potential parents away to get care from another facility that’s actually worth the money. Do better!!!

I don't know why anyone would pay for a membership at a gym when you got it right here and much more
