They need to update their Sunday hours on their website! They're Not open at 10am now as of October 29th. They open at 12pm! Glad we didn't totally waste our time going there, only stopped for some cider. We go to Irvins, They're cheaper and have honor system. I should have taken a picture of their hours sign but didn't think about it.

Have seen their ads in our local paper, so we drove up to check it out.We had a great time ! Grabbed some apples at the orchard, walked up to the wine tasting room and tried a slushy. Sat outside and listened to a live solo act playing guitar and singing. Will definitely be stopping in again.

Visited Boyer's for apple picking with our two young sons -- 3rd year in a row. The experience of picking was good, but the checkout person was rude and ruined the experience for me. She said we overfilled the bags, yet there was no line on the bags saying don't go above, and are 5 extra apples really going to make or break an orchard! She also said we picked an apple that was not on the apple pick list, however we never received a paper or map saying only pick these apples; the apples looked ripe and our kids picked a few of them. Lastly, no "thank you" or smile after we spent over $100 on apples, mums, ice cream, tomatoes, etc. We'll be looking for another orchard next year as the same experience was had last year unfortunately, so it wasn't just a "bad" day for the staff. The gentleman handing out bags and instructions was very kind, and they do have a good selection of plants though.

Apples, pears, gifts, pick your own, winery, outside seating, this place is good. Plus they let you sample apples, yay!! I love Jonathan the best.

Our “go to” orchard for produce- close to home, yummy, and we love seeing the same faces at the fruit stand - my first daughter was a toddler when the labyrinth went in, and even now so many years later we have to make several trips each year to a favorite childhood haunt

I will say that this place has a fantastic selection of fresh fruit including the best cherries ? I've ever seen. The wine room was very nice and it felt very warm and welcoming to my friends and I when we visited. We already have plans to come up during apple harvest.

Cherries are so sweet . It is so worth to go picking cherries in June . Wood ladders are available but a little heavy and cumbersome to move around trying to pick the best cherries. I wish we bring to fruit pickers poles so I could pick big sweet cherries on high branches . It will save my time and effort to pick a lot of cherries to buy on site . Most important is it is much safer and faster to pick cherries without damaging the trees and waste small ripe cherries . Ladders can cause more injuries than standing on the ground . Therefore less injury insurance for nursery.. On june 20 2023 it was a little hot . I climbed the ladder trying to eat alot .just afraid to have stomach ache.. The cherries are kind of soft sweet on the plus side of sour . we manage to buy a few five pounds for myself and my wife at 4.25 a lb. I am not crazy about hot cherries . we come home and put in the refrigerator .the next morning I try a few cherries. The cherries now are cold and hardenned . It is heavenly good sweet sour and cold . it is much much better than the ones I bought from safeway harris teeter and lotte market , I feel deeply sorry I did not buy more. If you are hungry buy lunch at Boyer recommended the Apple Bin sandwich shop about 5 miles from Boyer. I love its cheese steak sandwich for 9dollars

We are SO PLEASED with the quality of the trees, berries and grapes we purchased this year. I have always read that you should buy your stock locally from reputable companies that know the area. Even if you live outside of this area, the owners are so knowledgeable they will be able to tell you what grows well where you are. The service at Boyers was fantastic, their knowledge, advice and recommendations excellent (we are novices to tree and berry growing) , and all our trees, berries and grapes are thriving. Will definitely be back next year for some more apples and pears.

We love boyers. Great selection of fruit trees and everything else. But our favorite part is the little winery and the outside seating. And we always come to pick cherries, and they have every other type of fruit for picking yourself great place to bring kids.

I got a tree from here as a gift for my graduation last yr. My friend got the same tree and we did the exact same thing for planting and watering and hers is in full bloom and mine died. We took the receipt and the tree tag as well as a picture for proof the tree is dead (like they told me over the phone) and they would not honor a refund or replacement. They said it was my fault that I either killed it when planting or over watered it. They also advised me to read their policy carefully because certain trees are not guaranteed. Terrible customer service. My friend and I will not be buying from them ever again and I will post on every social media outlet that they do not honor their product. Completely unprofessional.

On a recent visit to Gettysburg, we decided to pivot and head for the hills: greenhouses, gardens, farms and orchards up north of city.Beautiful property off Biglerville Road , organized and full of evergreens, fruit trees, plants and shrubs. We walked through and saw extensive, healthy inventory and hope to be back when the produce is harvested to enjoy the FRUITS of your labor.Personable and helpful staff!Acres and acres of lush orchards.

Beautiful property with hard working staff including 5th generation Dave, Brant, Miguel and that other guy from TN.We stopped by several greenhouses and farm properties. Off Biglerville Rd area searching for trees and plants. Their inventory has hard to find shrubs and trees and they will accommodate your special requests, too.Great walking through the place.

My wife found Boyers and called to see if they are dog friendly. They love dogs, yea... we had some good flat bread pizza and sampled many wines. Since that day we have gone back many times and always have a wonderful experience.
