Alicia is one of those employees that you hear about but rarely see. Great customer service, knowledgeable about the industry, compassionate about finding a way to have the customer walk away with a smile. I can't say enough great things about Alicia! While I expect good service at DCU, she is extraordinary. I will be talking about my visit for years to come. THIS is the kind of relationship people talk about but rarely experience.

We have Diamond for our personal and business accounts. We love them! They are always available to answer any questions we have regarding our accounts. They even check in on us to see how we are doing and see if we can make our money work better for us! I suggest Diamond to all our friends, family and our customers.

This Branch of Diamond Credit Union is by far the best in my opinion because of the amazing people that work there. I’ve only been a member for maybe a two years now but my experience is fantastic, Mr. Emil at the front desk is always a great guy to greet me, Mrs. Alicia in the offices has helped me with applications, accounts and everything in between and has been a very big help and always really nice. The tellers that I’ve talked to, Jared, Kerry, Julia, and Emily are the freaking best. Jared is one of the funniest and chill guys I know, and all of them are super efficient at their job, I’m never waiting to be able to do what I need to do.
10/10 I would recommend joining this branch of Diamond Credit a union. Hell yeah.

Never any issues with Diamond! I love that you can stop in and get a new debit card if you lose it, or if you get hacked.
I have multiple accounts and have had no issues with any account ever. I highly recommend Diamond!

I have been a member at DCU for years!!! I don’t go into the branch much but when I do, the staff is always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I use the App for most of my banking needs. It is very easy to use and makes banking very accessible wherever you are. I had to go into the Bank yesterday and it was such a pleasure to be helped and greeted so professionally and with a smile!!! Thank you very much for all you do, and I recommend being a member and Diamond Credit Union!

Ashley Dittman was absolutely amazing and the sweetest ever! I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about my experience involving her. She was so kind and even called the following day to check how everything went for me. I truly appreciate her and she definitely made the switch so easy!

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was then able to accomplish all of my transactions with Gia on the teller line. She was informative and willing to look into some things for me that I was interested in.It was nice having the comfort of knowing I wasn’t being pushed into getting a loan with Diamond, but rather if anything would not work out with my future auto purchase elsewhere that Diamond would do their best to help meet my needs.

My issues with this bank are that for some reason card transactions always have a hard time being made through, like if your are ordering something online or sending money it will often be denied. The bank claims that they have no control over sometimes but the card companies do. It’s not convienent when you have to search the card company and ask them why there is an issue with transactions. Second they are no longer open on Saturdays which I understand for employees can be nice but you lose convenience even if it’s just a few hours on a Saturday. Second they only allow an atm withdraw of 500 dollarsa day when the bank in my town I think m&t bank allows 1000 and they do it with smaller bills in deviations of 5. While they did add more locations they tend to be always located on Stroads or near multi lane highways that isn’t friendly or safe to bike or walk too, so if you don’t have a car or can’t get around much this probably won’t be a good bank for you. The debit/credit cards they give (I don’t think the bank is responsible for this so this is no attack at them) with chip will often go bad within a few months causing you to replace them. The pros of this bank is that it is smaller and the staff will know who you are, they are usually very good at catching fraud and saved me a few times. Their security is superb. I have only used diamond as my bank so maybe I am bit biased with the reviews and these can be problems at all banks. Would I recommend diamond? If you have a car and you stay local to the area I think it wouldn’t be a bad fit. However there are other small banks with perhaps better features, more convienent locations/hours and better atm features. Talk to different banks, compare and decide.

The staff at the Exeter branch were extremely courteous and helpful today. I had some old US savings bonds to take care of and they knew exactly how to process them and make it an easy transaction. A special thanks to Gia who went above and beyond in working with us.

Always a pleasure visiting inside the lobby, but this time their awesome employees were caring enough to share some stickers & lollipops with my daughter. While I tended to my business, I was able to keep an eye on her while she played at the kids table! My teller was quick, everyone was helpful, especially when I needed to use the coin counter for the first time!

We had a wonderful experience with our Exeter Branch of Diamond Credit Union today! We had multiple transactions to complete and were greeted as soon as we entered the branch and Elim and Elana at the front desk were so friendly and knowledgeable. Ashley helped our son open his first checking account and was super friendly and helpful. Diamond truly is the best feeling of "younity!"
