Has a new management company in charge. The place is quiet, clean, and secluded. The place will be managed with the welfare of tenants in mind.

My only complaints are that there are no sidewalks, the road has only been half repaved since the last year, we got in trouble for having a basketball net not 10ft away from the street, and lot rent went up significantly. Otherwise, it is genuinely a nice neighbourhood.
