“The moving crew for local and interstate moves were very good. However, communication between the Sales person, office staff and 3rd party movers to uninstall/install chandeliers and lights was horrible. 3rd party installers (poor quality of service). The office staff responsible for sending paperwork made too many mistakes, I had to make multiple followup calls to fix contract/cost paperwork errors.
Overall communication: Poor
Local storage packing: Poor. Dressers were all damaged, heavy boxes stacked on top of lighter boxes inspite of clear instructions.”
